Very good, I like the hotel

Good service as they do room service everyday for the few days stay but the location a bit far from the train.

I booked a hotel because I missed the last train. I woke up feeling cold and found that the area around the pillow on my bed was flooded and my face was covered in water. The air conditioner was right above my head and was leaking a lot of water. I told the front desk and they changed my room immediately, but they only said "please have a lunch box." If the room smelled bad, the neighbors were noisy, or there were no amenities, it would be understandable, but the old air conditioner's cooling part and dirty filters were dripping water onto my hair and face in large quantities. It wasn't clean water, but the dirty filters were dripping water onto my face, so it was physically scary. Do they understand that? Even if they said "please have a lunch box and tea," I wasn't hungry and I was going to work, so it would just add to my baggage. I don't need a lunch box for their convenience, so I'm surprised at the way they treat me without any understanding of other people's convenience or discomfort. I'm surprised that they really think this is worth the hotel fee. This complaint handling is just not acceptable. I was tired in the middle of the night when I went to bed Dirty drops of water fell on my face while I was sleeping When I woke up, my pillow was soaked I was sleepy so I changed rooms. More than not being able to sleep properly, I'm surprised at how little sense of crisis they have in thinking that dirty drops of water fell on parts of my body such as my eyes, nose and mouth. If you're a company, instead of just offering lunch boxes, I would like you to prepare concrete measures to reassure customers, such as changing the position of the air conditioner or taking some kind of measures for the air conditioner in the hotel. The hotel front desk was a foreigner, so even though I asked the person in charge to call, I think they had a weak sense of crisis. The initial response was a bit poor. However, the phone response from the hotel's area manager later was good, so that was the only relief.

It's a short walk from Nakazaki Station along the shopping street. Self check-in! Your card key will be given to you. The room is perfect for business! The large public bath on the 14th floor has a small bath with four wash basins. Although it's called an open-air bath, it is a small bath and has a sauna. There are lots of amenities at the sink! There's cleansing, face wash, lotion, milky lotion, body cream, and hair cream. The hair dryer is ReFa! There's also a water server. It was plenty (#^.^#) They provided lunch boxes in the morning. It's good for satisfying your hunger (^^)

The room is not big, but it is fully equipped and has a bathtub. Friendly staff. It's a five-minute walk to JR stations, shopping streets and convenience stores. There is also a hot spring on the top floor of the hotel, which is recommended for family travelers.

The quilt cover is a layer of cloth, and the quilt is not changed but the cloth is changed. I don't like it. The towel in the hot spring bag is very old, and the room has a microwave. The year of manufacture is 2016 on the toilet lid... The front desk staff is quite friendly. You can store your luggage as long as you come back to stay. It seems that you can store it for a few days. The most I have stored it for is 3 days. There is a Kitano Hospital opposite, which is very large, and there is a prescription pharmacy on the roadside. It should be very safe to stay next to the hospital when traveling with children! It's a short walk from JR Tenma and Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome subway station, maybe within 10 minutes! You can walk to Umeda because the distance between walking and taking a bus is not much different.

The cleanliness is very good. The single room is small, and the widest part of the 24-inch suitcase can be spread out flat. The large bath on the top floor is very good, with indoor sauna showers and open-air pools. You need to pay 300 yen hot spring tax when you arrive at the store. It is worth soaking in. There is no elevator at the nearest Nakazaki-cho subway station, and it is difficult to carry large luggage. You can choose Tenma Station which is a little further away. There is a shopping street downstairs, which is very convenient for eating.

The service at this hotel is very good. There is a very handsome guy at the front desk. It is the only Japanese hotel that let me check in when I arrived early. The overall service industry in Osaka is better than other cities. I checked out and went to Shirahama for one day. They also let me store my luggage. The location is also good. All routes are within ten minutes. There is a famous bakery nearby and very cheap bento at night. It depends on whether you can find it.

The room is clean and tidy, with floor mats. In particular, this hotel can also take a hot spring bath. The location is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is satisfactory! I will consider it next time and will recommend it to friends!

The location is quite close to the Umeda business district, about 10 minutes walk. There are convenience stores and a supermarket in Nakazaki-cho. Overall, it's okay. After all, the price is there.
