Airport Train -Nankai Line Direct -Exit 5 opposite, just Cross the road, Exit 7 have to carry Luggage💪🧳 up stairs😥 Room rather small but very clean with all disposable amenities self collect Lobby👍. Room has a Spray to remove bbq odour smell fr Jacket/clothes. Food/Restaurant/family Marts - walking distance to famous restaurant- Gyukatsu Motomura, Plenty plus Takashimaya food hall promo after 7pm+ Walking distance to Namba Yasaka Shrine. If taking Klook Day Tour to KYOTO. Choose Meeting Point: VIP VILLA NAMBA- just 3 mins walk near hotel.

i highly recommend this place for a number of reasons: 1. location: this is one the best budget hotels if you are coming from kansai. take the train feom airport and as soon as you get off at namba, take exit namba and you right at the doorsteps of the hotel. its walking distance to shinaibashi/dotonbori/glico sign, river cruise. 2. amenities: they have ice machine, vending machine, microwave, coin-operated laundry and workspace. my daughter has language classes and she was able to study here even after we have checked out. check in/check out using the machine which is very fast. there is family mart downstairs. they have free toiletries for guests so no need to buy toothbrush etc. 3.staff: very pleasant and helpful. as for the room yes its small but the double room with two beds is comfortable. on our third night we had to transfer to a smaller room which was small but its common in budget hotels in japan. sotetsu is a hotel that we have also stayed in in korea and we are always happy with our stay in their hotels.

The hotel can be easily accessible with local transportation. Namba neighborhood is very tourist friendly and lively. Any food that you can find around there is tasty. But the best part about this hotel is its amenities. It offers a lot of skincare products (moisturizer, sunscreen and face wash), bath salt and mist machine. I enjoyed staying there and will definitely go back again.

Fantastic location, just minutes away from Namba Nankai Station. Family mart on ground floor. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was compact but had all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again!

Fresa always my first choice when visit Asia. the location of this hotel is amazing! small room but seems all hotels in osaka within this price are similar.

Good location so near to Nankai Namba ! Just cross the street and you reach the hotel. Free skincare/shower amenities in sachet including bath salt at lobby.

The Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hotel is very convenient and it's location is great. Just a short walk to the Namba Station and nearby the popular shopping streets. There is a convenient shop Lawson Mart below the hotel where you can get your daily drinks or snacks when coming back from a day out. The room is small but very clean and bed is comfortable and bath is good. Other than the small space, it is a great hotel to stay and price is good. Will come back again.

Staffs are so niceeee!!! ＜3＜3 the rooms are also so clean and we can also keep the luggages there before the checkin after the checkout too

Location was very good. FYI *** as Kids above 6-11 yrs olds had been charged extra as adult per night eventhough stay in the same bed with mom and dad. ***
