Location a bit far from dontoburi, about 12 to 15 mins walk. Room is considered big for Japan standards, maybe because I was solo. Cleanliness is good. With a window but facing the wall of next building. No view. Overall satisfied with the price paid.

Location good. Not baby friendly. Rooms are not available when we arrive. And the room is not ready, not tidied up yet when we check-in. But the staff is helpful. The breakfast is horrible.

Location is really convenient. The room was clean and spacious enough for one person and a bit suitcase. The only thing there wasn’t a window there. Technically there was a window but it faced the neighboring building. Although, it wasn’t a big problem for me. Just want to warn for whom it might be important

First of all, the service is really great. Although the front desk is a little small, the room is large enough for the price. The breakfast is mostly Korean foods and really tasty. The location is great too. The hotel is about 6 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi station, around 2 minutes walk from Nagahoribashi Station and 12 minutes walk from Ebisu Bridge. Recommended for those who are on budget.

Good room

When I reached at reception I met with the young and slim man(may be hotel’s owner).According to Japanese culture, have to make greeting when meet with customers, but he didn’t do any greeting . Also when he explained about hotel policy he didn’t use the polite(formal) usage, it’s really disappointed The worst one is when he explained about check out time, he said the check out time is 10am and we complained why 10am and said every hotels check out time is 12pm and he just said “ahh, sry and yes the check out time will be 12pm” . The check out time changed suddenly Why he said the wrong time? Such a meaning less

Cheap and convenient, very close to the train station/shopping district.

Very spacious!

Hotel Kojan is located not far from Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi, and is only a 2/5-minute walk to the station. It has an excellent location and the suite is quite spacious, but the toilet is relatively narrow.

It was close to the downtown area, there were many convenience stores, and the subway was nearby, so it was very convenient and all the staff were very kind.

There is only one big room, at the end of the corridor, behind the bed, the safety passage, it is still bright even when all lights are turned off, the soundproofing is very poor

I booked a room for one person with a double bed. The location is relatively remote. The interior design of the hotel is dilapidated and has a musty smell. There is no problem communicating with the staff. They can speak Mandarin and English and are very helpful. The toilet 🚽 shower system has to alternate with the faucet, which is cumbersome and backward (picture attached). I haven't used this design for more than ten years, and the device seems rather disjointed. I booked three nights, stayed for one night and gave up the accommodation after experiencing it. I paid to stay in other hotels for the second and third nights. Ke Zhen Hotel refused to refund me even if I informed in advance, I did not check in for the next two nights.

A hotel that is value for money. Breakfast is a Korean home-cooked meal. Good for those who want a Korean breakfast
