The location of the hotel is rather good and the guests are convenient to go to different parts of Osaka through transferring various lines of the subway. Besides, the payment for its room service together with the breakfast is relatively low compared with other hotels in Osaka. The major guests of the hotel are local Japanese so the breakfast is a bit Japanese style with the supplement of some western-style bread. The staff of the hotel can speak little English therefore they hardly have closer communication with the foreign guests. The hotel cleaning only does once a week. Because the hotel did not have 24-hour front desk service, it caused the problem of security. The period of my stay in that hotel was 6th to 11th June 2024. On 10th June, I packed my baggage at night and unfortunately found that my i-pad had been missing. Since there was no staff on duty after 11pm, I could not get immediate help that night. The next morning about 5:30am, I went out (the door of the hotel had kept open) to the nearest police station and reported about my i-pad being stolen in that hotel. After completing the procedure, the police gave me a recording document and I showed it to a on-duty hotel staff afterwards. But at first we did not communicate effectively. Later she photocopied the document and insisted that the hotel cleaner would not steal. As I had to take the flight leaving at noon 12:50am, I just finished the check-out procedure and eagerly left. I did not think the hotel and the police would follow up my case and would do anything for me. I felt very disappointed at them. I hoped that the would-be guests should be smarter so as to avoid my misfortune.

Great hotel for business traveler. Room is a bit small but other amenities n services are good

Hotel is very good price compare to thier service The lobby is very friendly There are onsen zone , luggage storage before check-in and after check-out Breakfast is various and delicious The location is good near metro and good restuarant I would recomend and if I go to osaka again this hotel is my best choice

Very good bed. Not in Osaka center but good metro to go there. You can retreat in a quiet area for your sleep. Clean hotel and nice friendly staff. Breakfast is so delicious too. Starbucks, 7-11 and Sugi drugstore in the neighborhood.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room size is slightly Bigger than other hotels. I had a great experience in this hotel. Will come back again.

Convenient to take the subway. 5 min n 10 mins away from the 2 lines. Clean n quiet rooms. Many good restaurants in the area... Was at motokara for steaks... For 3 nites... Steaks for 4000jpy for 200g ribeye... N 880jpy for a yamasaki rocks.... 2 mins walk... Good pancakes at the cafe at DAiwa roynet hotel.... Simple toast n coffee at Holly cafe...

Still the best value for money in Osaka . Clean and well organised. The perfect location . Amenities are new . Bed is good and bed sheets are crispy and new . You get a Bath in your room as well as a hot springs type of spa on the first floor . Highly recommend

The hotel staff is EXTREMELY RUDE, not helpful towards client. They ask money for everything included towel and the bed is so uncomfortable. Never again

Very simple breakfast served. Small room and single bed. But very clean and quiet area

The location was great in terms of safety! The staff was also friendly. What I liked the most was that the accommodation had a clean and cozy dormitory-like atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay at a discounted rate, and if I come back to Osaka, I would definitely consider rebooking here. I thought there would be a transformer in the hotel, but unfortunately, that was the only thing I found lacking.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, I enjoyed my stay again this time. It’s nice and clean hotel with a good service.

Very clean the only thing is check out is a 10 am the reste was number one

I satyed there for 3 nights and i liked the location because it's easy to walk to osaka castle for Cherry blossom. It's convenient to get around as the metro station is about 500 meters away. No complaints about the service and cleanliness. Only issue was that I lived next to the lift and heard a lot of noises when people walked pass my door on the first night.

New modern hotel, breakfast decent but cold hot dishes. Room is small but that was expected, fully equipped. Location is decent. Good price quality ratio.
