The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi Reviews

The location was simply amazing. Just a 5-8 minute walk to the metro. And about 10-12 minute walk to Dotonbori. There's a 7/11 & Family mart within 5 min walk. it's so convenient. The rooms like in all mid range hotel in Japan are generally small. You'll get used to it since you are back only to sleep. Rooms are well maintained & clean. By the way this hotel provides daily free Ramen & Alcohol drinks. List of activities also line up for guest incase you are staying in.

It is situated in a convenient area near Shinsaibashi Station and provides amazing amenities at different times of the day. There are massage chairs for those tired after a day of travelling, soft drinks available 24/7 and free ramen from 2030-2130. You can get a good experience while staying here, but at the expense of a smaller room. Overall, highly recommend as it provides a good experience staying in Osaka.

Great hotel to stay in the area of Shinsaibashi while in Osaka. Shinsaibashi is the city's main shopping area. Hotel is walking distance to Shinsaibashi-suji a covered shopping street and the infamous Glico Man sign in Dotonburi. Hotel is also conveniently located close to Shinsaibashi subway providing ease access to major attractions. There are plenty of eateries, cafes and Starbucks nearby. You are spoilt for choices. During our stay the hotel was serving free ramen and drinks from 8:30pm - 9:30pm. Small bawl of warm ramen with beer and coffee is a great way to end the night. There is also a Lawson next door should you need to get some food or additional amenities. On the 12th floor there is a coin operated laundry room. Room is clean, comfortable and comes with a safe box. All in all a great hotel to stay.

Family of 4 (12 and 9yr) Good location, 3mins walk to the Shinsaibashi, 1 min to America Mura, all the main city centre attractions are walkable. Quad room, spacious enough for Japan breakfast is good, bonus 20:30 - 21:30 free ramen and drinks quite a few things available for rental, baby push chair, bicycles, hair dryer...etc rooms are not very sound proofed

Nice Hotel! Breakfast is really good, have Free alcohol and ramen in the evenings, free soft drinks and ice cream during the day which it’s very good. The cleanness was good, staffs was friendly, the room a bit small, but still acceptable. Happy with our staycation. Thank you.

Honestly didn’t believe when I read the reviews about the free drinks/food & massage chair. But they really have it when I came. Haha. I think they really thought about us when building the hotel. Got weighing machine at each floor too. It’s also near Shinsaibashi station & about 10mins walk to Glico man. Only downside for me is that they only have 2 lifts therefore need to wait a while during peak period. Staffs are friendly & the hotel design it nice. The daily room service was good too. 10/10 would come again!

Excellent service. The staff is friendly and communicative. They have electric massage chair in their lobby, restaurant and every monday-tuesday they have kimono day.  The room is small but convenient.. The location is what we love the most. Easy strolling to parco, shinsaibashi shopping street, donburi hub..me, my 11 yo, and my 6 yo kid are love strolling around..

Very near dotonbori. Near the red metro line. Very good for shopping and food options .near parco and near to taka

Enjoyed staying here again. One of my favorite hotels in Osaka. So great to shinsaibaishi shopping street and two subway stations. One of the things i love about this hotel are the freebies. Every evening free ramen and alcoholic drinks. 24 hour free coffee and some juices soft drinks. You can request for a 4g mobile dongle for free and carry it with you so your family can hotspot to it (limited units). Great hotel. I usually move around to different hotels for fun on each visit but the bridge is definitely one of them on my "must stay" list.

I recently stayed at The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to Shinsaibashi Station and the surrounding shopping and dining areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of options. However, there were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving a 5-star review. The rooms were a bit small, and the noise from the surrounding streets could be heard at times. Overall, I would recommend The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Osaka.

Good location with 7 eleven, family mart and Lawson nearby, and walkable distance to Dotonbori. The room and toilet is very clean though small. The staff were friendly and helpful in addressing our needs. They were also very encouraging during the evening cultural activity (shooting) which my kids participated. There’s different activities each evening and we only managed to catch two of them. The ice cream and ramen provided in the evening were fantastic.

Warm, beautiful, convenient. I enjoy the noodles in the night time.

Love the location. We will definitely come back again. Staff are helpful here, and there are daily activities for guests.
