The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are a bit conjugated with shared bathrooms creating some inconvenience given the number of rooms.

You have to take the Metro from Osaka Railway Station. It did smell a bit when I first went in but the smell went away when I turned the air-conditioning on. Interesting sleeping on the floor! Nice lounge area on the first floor with microwave and hot water. Even got a bath area or onsen on the first floor for ladies. Ladies have to go down to the first floor to take showers in the 'only ladies' bathroom. Make sure to turn on the hot water heater when you get into the shower room!

Reasonable price with one single room with Japanese style floor bed, It was okay to stay however the smoking smell in the passageway was bothering me often times, but I think this prob will be able to solve by perfuming etc, also 1min away from metro station It was great !

The hotel is very conveniently located within a few different station premises. Facilities provided were also very comprehensive such as free water refill, tea and coffee. However, the room itself do smells quite funny. I stayed for only one night and feel that it was a pretty decent quick night stay.

There is a shower and an onsen downstairs, and there is also a dining area. You can leave your luggage free of charge until the evening. Not far from the metro, there is a Family mart nearby

Very convenient just a less than oneminute walk to JR station, reasonable price

This hotel is owned by the Junon Group which owns many hotels on this strip. The layout is different from other hotels with 1 shower in each floor rather than on the first floor. This means you need to try various floors to find an available shower. My original room was not good but the staff quickly changed me to another room that was much better. They were very keen on providing a good service. Although the cleaning staff does good work in the morning, I find throughout the day puddles of water in the bathroom and counter areas. Obviously the fault is with the guests but I wonder if the cleaning schedule can be altered to ensure cleanliness throughout the day. Overall it’s a good value. It’s not my favorite hotel from the Junon group but I would stay again if others weren’t available.

Great location, just one minute walk from the JR Train Shin Imamiya , or Osaka Metro Dobutsuen Mae station. I came from the airport using Haruku train and was surprised to find out that I could stop here without going to Osaka Main Station. Save time and hustle to walk here and there. But the JR Train station is without lift and escalator. Need to carry luggage bag using staircase. Due to its location, can easily get to anywhere including nearby city Kyoto. Single Room is very small, cannot even open medium size luggage. After staying a night I found out that tatami room is same size but without bed frame which make the room little more space, so I requested to change. Staff is accommodating and was happy with my decision. Water dispenser, coffee tea available to guests at the Level 1 common space. Lovely hotel with that little price.

Location, location, location excellent, close to everything, clean, free coffee and water 24/7 . Loved the location next door to subway station.

I didn't stay at this hotel due to transportation problem and I can't make my trip back to Osaka. When I requested for a refund, hotel Rejected even I already show the prove. SO SO BAD.

I am satisfied on my stay and will come back again. It is recommended for couples or business travelers and I enjoyed the complimentary drinks as well.
