Hotel location is good and give kids slipper , prompt service

Room is not big but clean. Location not super convenient but within walking distance to bustling areas like Shinsaibashi. Liked it coz it’s more quiet.

Our room was not as clean as our previous stays at other Marriott hotels. The smell of urine in the shower room was very annoying. The bed was comfortable and tidy. The room is a bit small, front desk is friendly. The only advantage is the location. Less than 10mins walking distance to the NAMBA station.

Staffs are very polite and patient, same staff can say Cantonese, it was very surprised! The hotel is near MTR satiation, walk about 10mjns, and easy to find. 👍🏻

Location of hotel was about a 12-15 mins slow walk from namba station. Not too bad but if you prefer staying nearer to the station then maybe look for somewhere nearer. Stay was quite comfortable, room was of decent size for Japan’s standard. Comes with a nespresso machine for your daily coffee needs.

This is a walk away from the Namba train station and shooping area, around 15 great, can be tiring in bad weather. Check in all smooth and room had separate toilet and shower making it concerning for sharing. Buffet breakfast wasn't much to wrote home about, but convenient to do as its a walk to nearest café

Location was good. Walking distance from the train to airport. Room are comfortable but noisy if facing the road.

Love the bench for some extra space other than the bed. The bath area is at right size and well equipped.

Location was about 7mins walk away from JR namba. Quite a distance from dotonburi which was the main tourist area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and able to request daily cleanup. Not worth the price given average SGD$350 / night.

Nice place. Good breakfast. Clean & neat. My son left his bag at restaurant. The receptionist found it & kept it for us. Thankyou for your excellent service

Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. It is located near JR Namba station which is good for those planning to take the limousine bus to KIX airport.

There are family mart and 7-11 nearby. Location is quite good as it was near to metro station and JR station. Unlike the other hotel i stay at Tokyo, they provide clean towels even we skipped make up room but Fairfield does not provide such service.
