The hotel is in a very good location, close to Tsutenkaku New World, and just a few minutes away from Exit 4 of Ebisucho Station on the subway. There is an elevator at Exit 3, but you have to cross a road. If you take the Nankai Railway, you don't need to go up the stairs. You can get off at Shin-Imamiya Station, but it only takes about ten minutes. The hotel room is clean and simple, but there are signs of depreciation on the countertop and stains on the chair, but it is acceptable. This is a self-service hotel, and check-in and check-out are smooth according to the instructions. Although it is self-service, the customer service response is very fast. The room we picked up when we arrived was on the 2nd floor. Since I was staying for a few nights, I asked to move to a higher floor. The customer service staff immediately found someone to handle it. I was very satisfied with the response and immediate handling of the customer service👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Bathroom supplies can be refilled in the cabinet in the lobby downstairs, which is very convenient. There is a USB plug at the bedside, which is in line with modern life. However, it would be nice to have a sinking rack for dishes in the kitchen and some hooks in the room and bathroom😅

If you use the elevator at Exit 3 of Ebisucho Station, it is a 1-minute walk after crossing a crosswalk (if you use the stairs, Exit 4). As soon as you exit Exit 3, you will see Tsutenkaku right away :) The hotel is the same as the picture and clean. It was nice that you can do laundry, and you can freely get disposable amenities such as detergent from the lobby at any time. If you request additional towels/water (there is a QR code in the room), they will hang them on the door in the morning. We were a family of 4, but the maximum number of guests is 5, so they ask for the 5th guest name when checking in, but when we made the reservation, we added 4 people and added the same person as the representative to the list of 5, so we checked in without any problems. Also, there is an Esleed South 3 Hotel right in front, and they say there is a staff member there. We didn't have any problems, so we didn't have to meet the staff. There are many convenience stores nearby, many restaurants in Shinsekai, and Mega Don Quijote is within walking distance. It was comfortable, reasonable, and hygienic! I recommend it👍😀

The room is very new and clean, with sufficient bathroom and kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine with laundry detergent, so you can wash clothes every day.

It's great for a family of four to stay. The bed is big and the space is spacious. It's close to the subway station and Tsutenkaku Denden Town. They don't clean, but that was more comfortable for me. If you ask for water and towels separately, they'll quickly refill them, and the building itself is modern and clean. It's good value for money, and there's a luggage storage service. Check-in was a little awkward, but I was able to get by with Konglish. ㅋ I want to visit again next time. There's also a washing machine, so I was able to do laundry and drying on the last day, so it was easy to organize my luggage when I got home~ There's a convenience store, mart, and restaurant nearby, so I bought something from the mart and had a comfortable breakfast~ There's no noise, and the neighborhood is quiet, so it was nice~ The yakisoba restaurant right next door is delicious~

You can take JR or Nankai Electric Railway to and from Shin-Imamiya Station. It’s about 700 meters on foot and takes about 10 minutes. According to our main itinerary, Universal Studios, Dotonbori, Kyoto and other transportation are very convenient! The hotel is unmanned, but there is a reception counter at ESLEAD HOTEL Namba South III opposite, and there are service staff who can speak Chinese. There is no problem with the service. The hotel rooms are very novel and the facilities are complete. Bringing your own kitchen is really convenient for small families to travel. . I had been worried about security issues before setting off, but actually felt much more at ease when I arrived. Some people say that the area north of Shin-Imamiya Station is an area with less security issues, and we had the same experience.

The reply actually said that they provide new towels every 3 days. I thought at the time, wasn't today exactly 3 days? The wine only had towels for 2 days, and asked me to put the used ones out the door... I was really speechless at the time...
