Good service Good SPA and nice room Enjoy the trip

Room is small but overall is OK. We have stayed for 2 nights but unfortunately our own bring towel has went missing after housekeeping. We didn’t highlight this to reception as trust that the staffs have accidentally took it/ throw it. This is first time that our own bring towels has been taken by housekeeping.

Nice place, small as per usual with all hotels in Japan. Location is just enough outside of the busy downtown town area so it's nice and quiet. Very local.

The hotel is centrally located near public transport and when you leave the hotel there is a shopping street, which you don't notice in your room. The staff are very courteous and help with any problem (doctor's visit, post office) The room furnishings are like in any hotel! At the entrance you can get water with oranges or hot drinks like coffee or tea at any time. At the reception there is also a machine where you can change large bills (10,000¥) into single bills (1,000¥), as some ATMs only give out large bills. It was a very pleasant stay! I'll be back!

Within a 5-minute walk from three Hankyu stations, Sajia has been open for 3 years, so it is relatively new. When you stay in this hotel, you can enjoy the open-air hot spring on the top floor of Aizhongquchi. Although the place is not big, there are not many people staying on weekdays. You can book the hotel. Unlike other hot springs, soaking in it is effective and can relieve fatigue. Next time I have a chance to try it, I will stay at the branch in Station 13. If you like the lively environment around the hotel, it may not be suitable. Overall, it is good. 👍🏼 Breakfast is simple. There are convenience stores and 24-hour Matsuya Medical Belly nearby.

It is very close to Hankyu Mikuni Station and located on a very local shopping street. Although the hotel looks very close to Shin-Osaka Station on the map, there is actually no direct public transportation. It is more convenient to go to Osaka Station. The hotel pays so much attention to hygiene that the whole corridor smells of disinfectant... but it does a great job of cleaning. There is a pillow cabinet coming out of the elevator room on each floor, where you can choose the type of pillow you like. In addition to the indoor bath, the public bath also has two open-air single baths. Breakfast only provides fresh rice and some pickles, which is relatively simple and may not suit the taste of foreign tourists. Overall not bad.

The hotel has an ice machine and bathroom, which is good. The package does not include breakfast, and the room is a bit small. It is close to the subway station, but far from the city center, and there are no large shopping malls nearby.

Luggage can be stored in advance. This is the hotel with the largest toilet I stayed in Kansai this time. It is even separated into wet and dry areas! The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are relatively new and clean. There is also a hot spring that is open until the morning. The breakfast buffet that I chose for an additional 1,300 yen is also very good! I like the beef rice very much, and I am very satisfied overall!

The room is equipped with purification equipment, the air quality is guaranteed, and the hot spring upstairs is great. The fatigue of the day disappears instantly. It’s really amazing.

This is a very satisfactory hotel for this trip to Osaka. It has a very high cost-effectiveness, a very high level of hygiene, and convenient subway access.
