Best hotel closed at the heart of city - Osaka I recently stayed at Candeo Hotel with my friends of two at Candeo hotel, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, polite and passion! Kudos to the front desk team -Yiu, for arranging a room that perfectly met our requests, in a quiet floor which also allowing us to stay on the same floor and easily take care of each other. The rooftop spa was a delightful feature, even though it was a bit crowded. However, it was still clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. Most importantly, the hotel's location is simply perfect! It’s a short walk to Shinsaibashi and right next to Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. There are also many convenience stores like Lawson, Family mart ,7-Eleven and a large AEON supermarket nearby, which was very handy. One standout feature would like to shout out was the giant locker area, I was super useful to store our luggage after checkout, allowing us to shop around before heading to the airport without any hassle. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend Candeo Hotel for its great service, excellent location, and helpful amenities, will defintely return to stay for next Osaka trip.

Room is nice. A little bit further from station esp for senior citizens

The location is good, but the bathroom a bit too small which I don’t have space to put my stuff. And not convenient for customers to ask the counter on the ground floor to get towels to the hot tub at 17th floor.

First time travel Osaka, the location is not bad for shopping, but far away with rail. The toilet always had a bad smell.

Its a nice hotel. Room is not very big but its ok. Location is pretty convenient as it is near dotonburi and shinsaibashi. Television will have updates on whether the skyspa at level 17 is crowded and the coin washing machine too

The staffs were kind and accommodating.. I believe every inquiries we had were satisfactory answered.

Room was fine with the exception of a miserably small bathroom with a step up into it and a door that opened into a small hallway by the front door. Not planning to stay here again if more than a day or two.

Overall a great stay and I enjoyed using the hotel onsen. The location is great too. Never tried the breakfast. Osaka is super crowded in Dec.

This place had a great spa on the top floor of the hotel. That was the best feature of the hotel. The location is a 2-3 minute walk from Dotombori which I loved.

Room and other service is ok but Wifi too weak and no more power place for changeable

hotel was very close to all famous shopping districts and it was very safety area.. very satisfied with their service and quality comparing to the price! They have onsen too. We will love to visit again:) also has locker! So cool

Great location for central Osaka. Quite a distance from the subway station. However it is just walkable distance to the famous spot in Osaka
