酒店整體還可以吧，衞生3天打掃一次。
早餐差很多，也就國內快捷的水平，不要抱有太大幻想。估計日本早上也是不愛做飯。
服務説一下，離開要開宿泊證明，前台告訴我沒提前説明不能開具，去了這麼多國家我是頭一次聽説，問題是你們之前也沒提前告知我啊，沒辦法溝通了半天才開出來，一張紙弄了10分鐘，10分鐘啊！都説日本服務好，在我看來注重小結，但是忘了大義。服務於人的根本是讓被服務的人得到幫助，輕聲細語説對不起，不解決問題沒意義

酒店位置離梅田商圈、大阪車站不遠，走路10分鐘。酒店樓下有7-11，在一個小巷子口，很安靜。前台服務員有台灣人可講中文。房間默認3天打掃一次，如需每天打掃也可提要求，整體住宿感覺良好。衞生間在日本便捷酒店裡算寬敞的。我們是兩大一小，標間床鋪可以拼接在一起，三個人睡相對能寬敞一些。入住第一天給前台致電想再要個枕頭，（因為帶小朋友）前台果斷拒絕。無奈下樓繼續溝通，勉強答應給提供一個。酒店既然提供攜帶小朋友入住，這些細節還請多加強。實屬合理要求。

離大阪站步行10分鐘左右，這個價格還算可以了，酒店門口就有公交站，如果不想步行也可以坐一站到大阪站。但是給的還是低樓層（提前預訂留言了），不過廁所倒是很大，總體來説還是可以的。
