Everything there was so perfect! Nice place nice room nice staffs. The public bath was amazing, when every night I finished the crazy shopping, the public bath was healing paradise for me. I definitely book again when I go Osaka next time!

Good location & friendly staffs .

When I got off the floor where my room was, it smelled like cigarettes, and when I entered the room, it smelled even worse, so I had to change floors and rooms. It's a shame that all rooms are non-smoking. It was good that they responded immediately. Even after the change, there was still a subtle smell... I don't recommend this hotel to people who are sensitive to smells. Each room does not have a toilet, bath, sink, or refrigerator, and they share a common area in the middle of each floor, so I was surprised because this was my first time seeing this type of thing. When you put something in the refrigerator, you write your name on masking tape, but the ballpoint pen is too weak to write with. They should have permanent markers. There is a large public bath on the top floor that can be used late and early. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap are installed. Bath towels, towels, and pajamas are provided. There is also a microwave in the lounge on the second floor. They also helped with luggage storage and all the staff were very kind.
