Daiwa Roynet Hotel Osaka-Kitahama Reviews

Was let down a bit by this place. Check-in procedure was very confusing with desk service to check your passport and explain the policies, then they give you a blank card to go and self-serve your check-in this rest of the way. No safe in room which is uncommon for a hotel of this type. Housekeeping procedure also a bit of a mess, quite confusing. Nice and quiet, but wouldn't stay here again.

Close to the subway station, you can easily transfer to other subway lines. There is a convenience store behind the hotel. It takes 10 to 20 minutes to get to Shinsaibashi by car. The room size is adequate and clean, but the refrigerator does not have a freezing function.

First of all, I loved the location of this hotel because the surroundings were so quiet that I was able to relax well. It was also close to the subway station to major tourist spots like Umeda and Namba, which made traveling easy. Also, all the staff were so friendly and the housekeeping service was so good that I was able to feel so comfortable and enjoy my stay during my trip. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka. Thank you all so much.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast choice is limit and not recommend to go. Location is convenience to take underground and supermarket just opposite side in the hotel. Surrounding area is a commercial area . Don’t expect a lot of place to eat and shopping. Overall I give 80 mark for this hotel.

Nice and stylish hotel, good breakfast, also can take out coffee after finish a meal. Has are free coffee drips at 3 floor you can take and pour at your room. Very close to Metro station gate 6 (with elevator), have the grocery shop across the street (B1 floor) or straight away from the metro station. We late family of three feel comfortable to staying here and travelling anywhere in the Osaka or to other cities. Can shortly walk to or take one-two stations almost anywhere where you think to go in Osaka.

Nice service and good location to visit the city. Very clean and the staff’s are friendly.

The staff is friendly, although only 1-2 speak english fluently they have been very helpful in helping to find a ski resort. The hotel location is next to Kitahama subway station Exit 6, takes about 20 steps upon turning left or Yodoyabashi (about 8 minutes). It is also convenient for shopping groceries, having Familymart, Lawson and 711 within a 5 minute walk radius.

Housecleaning were done every 3 days, staff were friend and helpful. Nearby train available to access.

Hotel is very clean and quite with excellent service. Location is good. It is right next to Kitahama station of Sakaisuji metro line and not too far from Yodoyabashi station of Midosuji line. Easy to go to a lot places. Breakfast is delicious. Only issue is the front of hotel is not easy to find, which cause me a lot of trouble to find it when i arrive the first night, even with the help of Google map.

Very well located, above the subway station and within walking distance to many eateries and supermart. Efficient front desk and newly renovated rooms. Breakfast has limited varieties though. Recommended for a short stay in Osaka.

Very decent hotel, not faraway from downtown and few steps from metro station. Room is functional, clean and reasonably spacious. Hotel provides nice amenities on the reception floor.Breakfast is decent, with plenty of place (almost to possibility to wait in line).

The front desk staff was very helpful. The provision of a massage chair in the room was a bonus.
