Don't know why the toilet smelly for all 4 days 😥 They should consider to better control the cleanliness...

The location is good. But the hotel facilities is not good. Wi-Fi is suck, always disconnect. The charging pot is not convenient to use. Bed madtress is not comfortable. The window is block and nothing can be seen so the room is dark. Reception is close after 10pm.

Even the Reception is closed after 10p.m., you can call the night staff by using the white telephone near the front desk. And you can call the night staff by interphone on the first floor when you have trouble to enter to the hotel after 10 p.m.

Great location, 2 mins walk from the Shinsaibashisuji Osaka Metro station and 4 mins walk from the Shinsaibashisuji street.

This hotel, MYSTAY, was okay, but they could improve in their cleaning and facilities. They would have more potential if they had room services and professional cleaners for their rooms. This is because when we got our hotel room, they had a left over shoe box behind the door from the last costumer and it gave us a bad impression of the hotel.

The transportation is convenient. It is right next to the subway station. There are many restaurants nearby, which are very local. The hotel is well decorated and you will feel comfortable when you arrive at the hotel. The front desk is always responsive and the breakfast is rich.

Oh my god, don't go to this hotel. I stayed for 3 days, but they didn't clean the room or throw away the garbage! The room was so dirty, the air conditioner and the exhaust fan were all covered with dust! The quilt cover should have been washed, but the quilt core was disgusting, with all kinds of stains, it felt like it hadn't been washed for many years! What's worse is that the bathroom smelled of urine! Fortunately, I brought my own sleeping bag, and I came back very late, so I slept there for 3 days!
