a bit faraway to railway station, environmental is quiet, not very good but not bad.

Amenities cannot see her age, yet the room is neat and clean. Car park can only fit mini/ small car.. staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is too far, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to Shinsaibashi, which is very hard in summer. Their upper management is very old and not recommended. The lower floor is new, comfortable and spacious. But they use a machine to check in, so they can't control which floor they live on. Apart from being cheap, I don’t recommend it

I booked this place at the beginning and end of Osaka. You can refer to my previous comments. It's not bad, convenient transportation, clean and quiet room, and there is a small park downstairs where you can see cherry blossoms.

If the value has been compared, the price of this hotel is similar, but the location is more remote, if the night is quieter, so if alone girls are not good to stay here. 

The hotel is good, and there is a supermarket nearby for shopping. It is at Yotsubashi Station, and it takes a while to walk to Shinsaibashi Station. The breakfast is OK, and there are not many people. The room space is reasonable. It is not so crowded. The main reason is that there are not many people, and the living experience is good. Water is provided, which is the characteristic of Daiwa. However, the network is not stable.

It's a little far from the downtown areas of Namba and Shinsaibashi, but it's not too far to walk. It's worth it considering the price and the hotel's facilities and services.

The location is convenient, close to the shopping area, and there are multiple parking lots nearby. The hotel room is clean and spacious, well-equipped, the front desk staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious

I recommend this hotel for its delicious breakfast. The building itself is clean and bright, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

I stayed here because I had a live show at Orix Theater! It was very convenient as it was located right outside the venue. I was grateful that amenities, coffee, and tea were provided. I stayed in a smoking room, but there was no cigarette smell in the room and it was comfortable. It's a hotel I'd like to use again!
