Really nice hotel really conveniently located in the train station. Room was a decent size. Nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Little pricey but it’s all because of the great location and room! Was very comfortable staying here! Would stay here again!

The location is very convenient, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, the people cleaning very good . But unfortunately the room was so small and dusty, and the aircon not too strong. Everyday i got blood nose because so hot in the room. But thank you to the hotel staff, they are al nice

Super convenient location as it’s connected to Shin Osaka station. Room is pretty small so you do have to be strategic in how you place your luggages etc. Things like razors, toothbrushes, tea/coffee can be taken beside the check in counters.

It was great for a night. Not a bad room but I don’t fully understand why the bathroom was located along the windows.

We had to find a place quickly and centrally located after our it flight had cancelled and this was a perfectly located hotel inside the Shin-Osaka station. Small room but very comfortable.

Location is really strategic, at Shin Osaka JR.. however if you plan to explore Namba/Umeda area it may cost more to travel there, so do consider the subway fare as well. Room is compact & small, toilet is super clean. Bed / pillow not to my liking - could not sleep so well during my 3 nights in REMM. There’s also money exchange machine in the lobby that comes in handy if you’re short on cash.

Room a bit small but overall excellent location. The staff at the concierge were very friendly. Staying again coming August.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is one of my favorites in Japan. I love the convenient location and the ability to make this my home base when in the Osaka area as I can hit all the major areas with relative ease.

We stayed from March 26-30. The hotel is very convenient as it was very close to Shin-Osaka station. Literally, a stone’s throw away. Very convenient and accessible to all stations. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. All our needs and requests were attended promptly. Our room was kept cleaned everyday. We will book this hotel again when we visit Osaka next year.

The hotel is located RIGHT ABOVE Shin-Osaka station. Location is very convenient since we travelled with Shinkansen almost everyday. Room is quite small and the only windows are in the bathroom. But everything is clean, no weird smell nor noise. Will definitely book again.

Overall the best. Especially the location is easy to acces anywhere you go with shinkansen or local train.
