We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor.
We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.

this is fantastic hotel experience. I just wanna to appreciate the staff with smile service and hospitality as well. whatever breakfast and environment and room service, it has reached good reputation of famous brand fraser residence hotel. I will choose this hotel again in the future. thank you all

Great location. Very near to the station which provides a few lines. Room are very clean. I like the extra security whereby they need to tap room card after 9pm to enter the residences. Ippudo directly opposit. 551 is their neighbour.

Is very convenient areas after get off the Nambo station. Around has lot of small shops and food.

The buffet breakfast is awesome!!! The staffs are very helpful. Recommended public onsen bathing house which is good and affordable. Location is awesome too! Just walking distance to Namba shopping area!

We love the location and the must have is washer and dryer during winter. Especially when you travel with young children.

Excellent location which is just opposite to Namba station! Room is clean and comfortable. Kitchen and washing machine are good. Breakfast is nice with suitable varieties of food.

Booked non-smoking room but still has strong smoke smell, reflected this problem to front desk and they admitted this issue but cannot fix it…..so just bear with it for two nights. And room deco is very modest, in other words, felt cheap for a room of USD$350 dollars per night. Most of the value goes to the location. Would choose a less convenient location but nicer room deco hotel next time.

Room came with washing machine, stove, pots and pans. Breakfast spread was limited but good enough. Everything was ok except for one of the towels they provided had very visible stains.
