The hotel itself is not new but the room and facilities are great given the discounted price. Breakfast hall was fancy, in terms of both decoration and food. Location is very good, being connected to the station and walkable distance to Osaka Castle

Ive stayed here before and again the stay was warm and I was well looked after to the usual high Japanese standards! One non Japanese reception staff member did make a mistake by telling me I was allowed to use the onsen. I have tattoo’s and I know it’s not allowed, so i questioned it and he informed me it was fine. Luckily I did not use the onsen as I was later told his information was incorrect.

A very good experience, it was exactly what I was searching for and I tough to stay one day more but price is changing for the same room on Saturday night, like double price. Other strange thing for me is the check in time, like everywhere in Japan. Amazing hot spring but the entrance need to be paid a part and the great view of the city from the water is blocked from a cover on the window. Staff is amazing, very professional and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏻

Transportation wise, the hotel has great access to airport and inter-city (direct train from/to KIX airport and easy transportation from/to Kyoto/Uji/Nara). However going into the osaka main tourist attractions will normally involve transits. Hotel itself is old but maintained fairly well. All amenities are supplied as well as free skin care samples if you run out of them. Hot spring can cost extra depending on the package you go for. Staff are friendly and communicate in English too. All in all great value for money and will come back to stay.

The hotel is very beautiful with location in the centre of the city. The facilities is very luxurious with SPA. It is clean, comfortable and especially for the guest who are in business trip.

Hotel is very nice with Family Mart downstairs the hotel and MacDonald within 5mins From Kyobashi station, it takes only 5-10 mins walk with the overhead bridge Importantly the size of the room which is good for Asia traveler whom used to bigger rooms

The hotel is close to the station, and you can walk on the connecting passage without fear of rain. There are many convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. There is also a FamilyMart on the first floor of the hotel. China Unicom Road also provides access to Starbucks, McDonald's and department stores. The night view from the high floors is also good.

I went to see a concert. It was very close to the venue. Hahahaha. The hotel service attitude was super good. The pajamas were very comfortable. I also stayed at Monterey in Tokyo. I accidentally brought the hotel pajamas back. I sent an email to the hotel and they replied that I could mail them back to them next time I go to Japan.

It was very convenient, being close to Osaka Castle and the station. It was also clean and the bath was spacious, so I was able to relax. It was a shame that I couldn't use the large public bath, and the staff at the Family Mart on the first floor were rude, but other than that it was really good.
