Convenient Location, Friendly Staff, Clean & Comfortable Room

Both this trip.com app and the hotel available had delay problems, both were not helpful, costed more time and phone battery, wasted more money on phone call to customer call center and was not reimbursed for inconvenience.

The hotel is a little old, but overall it is good and the distance is also good

This was my first time staying here, and it was very nice as it was within walking distance to my business trip. It seemed expensive, but it was reasonably priced.

It is an older hotel, but the transportation is convenient and the service is warm and thoughtful.

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were new and clean.

I was worried about what kind of hotel it would be because the price was so low, but it turned out to be a nice, prestigious hotel. The room was also spacious.

The front desk didn't know if I had paid in advance, and said at the beginning that I didn't order breakfast...other than that, everything was pretty good, and the shuttle bus was well received. Exit 2 of Shin-Osaka Station (the shuttle bus stop) had only stairs and no escalators.

It's clean, there's a shuttle bus in operation, and it's close to the station, and I personally like it. The price is also good~~~^^

The location was good and the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very Osaka-like, and it was very delicious.

10 minutes walk from the station, but there is also a bus. Facilities are old, but are not dirty for feeling of city hotel rank. We think that it is hotel to consider as candidate depending on price.
