I very impressed with the accommodation. The service was good, the hotel was clean, the security system was good, and it was close to tourist attractions and the train station.

Already reviewed the room in my other booking so will skip over that
Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Would just suggest to the hotel to maybe start it earlier at 6.30am, for guests who want to set out early for day tours or to visit USJ

We spent a night at Cross Hotel Osaka before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station (Exit 14) and right next to Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated the option to enjoy a ‘socking bath’ after a long day of sightseeing. The value for the price was excellent, and we were really impressed. We would love to explore other hotels in this chain in the future!

Walk downstairs and you're at Dotonbori. Night sounds can be a bit loud but the facility itself was clean and organized. Big bathtub as well, plenty of space.

Our family stayed here when we went to Osaka last December. The location is ideal as it is walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dontonbori. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are always willing and eager to be of help. Staff are also able to communicate in English :)

Awesome location, right smack in the middle of the bustling city. 2 mins walk to Zara/Glica Man area and just so much to do around the area. Don Don Donki is just right across the street (24 hours!)

Conveniently located near shinsaibashi, room size is acceptable with sufficient amenities. Love their sakura and yuzu essential oil bath salt.

The location is exactly on the heart of Shinsaibashi.
You need to get the hotel amenities kit in the lobby such as cotton buds, razor, toothbrush. Etc
The room is very clean and well maintained.

I recently stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Osaka and within walking distance of the bustling Dotonbori area, making it perfect for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.
The room was stylish, modern, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious bathroom amenities. The separate bath and shower setup was a nice touch, offering a truly relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options to suit every taste.
