Location was great, about 3-5 min walk from Shin-Osaka station. There is daily housekeeping, where they tidy your room and replace the towels. Just right next to it is a convenience store, where you can purchase water and other essentials. Nothing to complain about the hotel. Price point was pretty decent as well.

Strategic location, 5mins walk to the Shin Osaka Station. Can settle your JR Pass exchange order and reservations in the JR Office here. The unit bath looked old, but I think it was cleaned. Breakfast was pretty tasty. The location of the outlets was a bit awkward.

The only point is that you can only check in from 16:00 otherwise top

There was trash in the room. The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom was better than the room, but it's not an issue of being old. The location is very good, so it's a real shame!!! I don't want to go back.

The rooms are indeed a bit historic but are clean, comfortable and spacious. Close to the station and JR, very convenient.

It's a little far from the station and there are slopes, so it's a little inconvenient to get there if you have heavy luggage, but it was great that you could leave your luggage there!
