The hotel is clean and convenient. With the aiport limousine bus directly stop at the lobby, you cannot complain for any thing. The Japanese breakfast does not have much choices. The western style breakfast is good.

It was a very short visit for me to catch an early flight the next day, but the location was great and at the end of the day, it was a good pick.It is connected to the Shinsaibashi line, one stop from Namba to catch the Nankai line on to the airport. The one annoyance was the check-in. The way they do it is to make everyone wait until 3 pm, which creates huge lines - I showed up exactly at 3, which was a mistake, as I was at the back of a 25-minute line. There must be a better way. Can't they check you in early but not allow room access until 3? That works at other hotels, and actually seems more efficient.

The room was great as it is walking distance from shinsaibashi subway station. There are 2 timing of bus shuttle 7:05am and 3:05pm to Kansai International airport. It is not free as it cost 1600 yen per person. It can be purchased at the kiosk machine besides the check in counter. Walking distance to Daimaru where you can get sushi, Ramen, takoyaki etc at basement 1. Quite convenient overall

Nice hotel for short stay , convenient both for metro go anywhere and shuttle bus go to Kansai airport

Location the best! Walking distance to Namba shopping street for clothing, shoes, souvenir, and lots of restaurants from snacks street food to high end seafood sushi, sashimi and crab. We comes in group of 9 adults for 5 bedrooms. Unfortunately, after I’d arranged thru your end, the next day, my other friends were able to get a must more better rates elsewhere, at least HKD300 cheaper on a night to night based, since a lot of rooms were release back onto the property. End up they all laughing at me the whole trip.

Not realizing the room reserved is not updated as appeared on their website. It is very outdated and smell bad.

The location is excellent. It's right at the Shinsaibashi centre and just pposite is Daimaru and Parco. Cleanings and services are good too. Everything is good except it's a bit expensive.

Hotel Nikko Osaka offers a great overall experience. Situated in a fantastic location with wonderful views, the hotel boasts friendly and helpful staff.

We (a family of three with a 3-year-old boy) stayed with Nikko Osaka Hotel for five nights. It was a pleasant stay and the hotel service was great. We forgot to bring our baby stroller, and the hotel had kindly lent us a stroller for use throughout our stay, which has definitely made our tour much easier! However, the double bed is a bit small if you plan to sleep with your child. Location of the hotel is excellent as it is located right above the Shinsaibashi Station which connects to various tourist spots conveniently, and just about 10-15-min walk to Dontobori. There is also a Lawson convenient store just around the corner. After all, it was a great stay!
