Great location with many’s cute indépendant shops around the hood . Great neighbourhood with many restaurants around . Not far away from main Namba district with walking distance We managed walking w our big luggage to hotel within 8-10 mins . Without can be lots quicker around5mins We had a twin room , bed is comfy . Only one thing is our corner room is very narrow for us to walk thru the bed n the sitting area as we both are tiny already to reach our bed if with big luggage is impossible to go thru . We expected size of the room thou is still great for us . Useful amenities for ladies is very useful can be found in the reception area , free coffee & hot tea offers is basic necessities offering . Moreover the bath is really great !! Can get busy around 7-8 pm & 11-12 pm . Would return to stay when in Osaka

the location is good, convenient for shopping and food. only that the room is small and has no space for opening suitcases, but I guess it's common in Japan, especially in big cities like Osaka. lastly, the hotel check-in time is 15:00, and they refused to check us in at 14:54. however, after I used the restroom, I saw other guests were checking in, and it's 15:57 LOL

Good location as the hotel is located near a few train lines and Dotonbori.

Clean, cozy but comfort. And the hotel staffs are so kind and helpful.

There are several parking lots near the hotel location, which is quite convenient for self-drive visitors. minutes walk to Shinsaibashi, quiet environment, simple and convenient self-service check-in, satisfactory staff service, although the room is a bit small, but the equipment is quite complete, the large bath is very comfortable. The value for money is quite high, worth recommending.

The room is new and clean, but very small. I couldn't walk after opening the suitcase. But the service was disappointing, very disappointing! Other than the service, everything else is OK.

It's pretty good, the room is a little small, the hygiene is good, and it's close to the subway and Shinsaibashi. A family of three should book a triple room, otherwise the child will have to pay for the bed.

Second time staying here. Although the room is small, it is new and clean. It is very close to Shinsaibashi. There is a large parking lot nearby. Parking for 24 hours only costs 1800 yen. This is a cost-effective hotel. Ramen War is nearby.

The hotel is mainly self-service, with a restaurant on the 1st floor, a public space on the 3rd floor, a large bathhouse on the 19th floor with 3 self-service washers and dryers, and a bar on the 20th floor. The environment is very hygienic and the bath water pressure is very strong Within walking distance to Shinsaibashi, there is a 24hrs convenience store nearby Slightly far from the railway station Honmachi Sakaisuji Honmachi

Hotel location: It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the subway station and about 20 minutes to Shinsaibashi. There is no convenience store near the hotel. Room: It can only be described as pitiful. . . . The aisle in front of the bed needs to be passed carefully, otherwise it is easy to touch the TV on the wall. For the first time, I felt that the TV in the room was redundant and took up walking space in the originally small room. The curtains in the room are blinds. There are no ordinary curtains. The room will be bright early, and the wind will blow in from the windows. If the air conditioner is turned on, it will rattle. Service: There was only one guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and borrowed a socket adapter. I went there several times in the afternoon during my stay and it was closed. . . It's not 24 hours. And the room is not cleaned every day, it is cleaned once every 3 days of stay. Summary: I have stayed in many hotels in Japan, and this is the most disappointing one, bar none.
