When I arrived the staff said I did not include breakfast, fortunately I asked again and showed them my bill to confirm that breakfast was included, the room card for breakfast was different. The hotel is very well located, right next to exit 5A or B, to Osaka Castle, zoo or Kuromon market no need to change lines, but from Kansai Airport to the hotel need to change a trip, it is ok, about 1 hour more to get there Hotel, single rooms will not be too small, open to a large suitcase, bed and pillows are acceptable, air conditioner with heating, no bottled water provided, rich breakfast, next time I come to Osaka will consider staying again, recommended

Great hotel! This was our first booking through Trip, and it didn't disappoint. The staff are warm, approachable, and always eager to assist. Our room is small, but it has everything we need for a cozy stay, and the tub was a real highlight – soaking in it after a day of exploring made a huge difference in our energy levels the next day. The location is also convenient - subway across the street, Dotonbori around 700m away, konbini just outside the hotel. Breakfast has variety so you won't go hungry if you're a picky eater like me. There's even kale juice for vegans! There's coin laundry in the 2nd floor too. We'd love to stay here again next time we visit Osaka. Thank you! 😊❤️

It is a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi and is convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel does not have many facilities, but there is no problem with hygiene. 위치도 메인거리 걸어서 갈 수 있고 조용하고 좋아요 역이 10초거리입니다ㅏㅏ 근데 객실에서 냄새가 나서 말씀드렷는데 해결이 안됏어용 ㅠ 안보이는곳은 청소가 잘 안되네여
이 부분 빼고는 방도 넓고 괜차낫어용 화장실은 좀 좁지만 수압 짱 ㅎㅋㅋㅋ 뜨거운물도 잘 나와용
청소는 안해주고 수건만 따로 받아서 쓰시면 됩니다ㅏ
