The room is really big in Japan, with separate wet and dry areas and a separate toilet. Compared to the more expensive hotels in Ginza, Tokyo, this one is really big. It's about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station. It's also very convenient to take the subway, which is on both sides. Turn right and you'll reach Watanabebashi Station in 2.3 minutes, and turn left and you'll reach the main station to Osaka Station. It's very good. Overall very good but i think location wise namba will be suitable for travelers. But if you want to avoid travelers and prefer a bit quiet area then this is it.
Other than location, i was highly satisfied with the stay.
