The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access local attractions, which is a plus. However, the lobby did not match the expectations set by its prime location. The lobby is hot and I saw a few cockroaches in the lobby and somewhere next to the garbage room. The room is quite cozy and nice.Hopefully the hotel can pay attention to the lobby environment.

The check in process is really quite problematic. Checked out from other hotel at 10am and arrived this hotel at 11am. No code was given to access the coin locker. One of the coin locker was damaged and it took my money but didn’t open for me. Had to call and seek help to rush them for the code to enter if not will be locked outside the building with no one there to help you. Room was decent and close to city. Please improve your check in system, it’s very not user friendly.

In general all good, but everything is a bit tired. And near the house is active construction

The accommodation is only a 3-4 min walk from Daikoku station, use exit 6 for the lift. There is a walk-in closet and it fit my 2 big luggages exactly, so i don’t think it’ll fit ＞1 large luggage. The room was well-equipped and cleaner than most hotels i’ve been to in Japan. My complaint would be the use of a hotel key rather than a card, it’s a little inconvenient and i had trouble unlocking the room on the first day.

Near to metro ,a local market ,The famous Namba temple . No room service this is the only bad side . That could be messy if U stay a longer time 😜

It is good to come with family. The room is large. Easy to check in. There are convenient stores nearby.

The location was good as it was very near the subway, which was less than 5mins way. The room was clean. Overall was a good stay.

1. When making a reservation and receiving confirmation from Trip company that accepted the reservation, it was not confirmed by the hotel. It takes time to contact the hotel and the reservation company Trip. 2. The reservation company Trip is very helpful. 3. It should improve information from the hotel to the reservation.

Great room with comfy beds, enough space to store big luggages and a great bathroom & toilet. We really appreciate the good ammenties provided in the room - especially the clean kitchen, fridge, washing machine, toilet, bathroom.. everything provided is from a good brand and works very well. Cosy and comfortable, located near (4mins walk) from Daikokucho station on the Midosuji line. Nearest JR line is Imamiya Station located about 10mins walk. Only downside is the lack of shops or eateries in the neighbourhood.. but Namba is only 1 stop away and Shinsekai about 15mins walk.

The apartment-style B&B hotel is located not far from Exit 4 of Daikoku-cho. If you have large luggage, it is recommended to take the elevator from Exit 6 and cross the road. Check-in was relatively smooth. I contacted the merchant by email and got a reply quickly. Because the cleaning was done, we were allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. Thank you very much! Finally, check-out at 11 o'clock. From the corridor at the entrance of the B&B, you can see Tsutenkaku. The room is quite large, but the double bed in the family room should be only 1.3 meters, which is not very comfortable. It is a bit crowded for two people to lie down. The B&B is mainly white. There is a large cloakroom next to the bed that can hold two 24-inch large luggage. Pots, knives and forks, bowls and chopsticks, microwave ovens, washing machines, etc. are all available. There is an ilfe supermarket 400 meters away, which is very good. You can cook after buying things in the supermarket. The bathroom is very large, and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are very comfortable to use. The exhaust system in the bathroom is particularly advanced, and there is also a "warm room" function in winter, which is equivalent to a domestic bathroom heater. The downside is that the floor of the balcony is very dirty. Osaka is very windy, and I was afraid that the clothes would fall to the ground and get dirty when drying them. Overall, I am quite satisfied and will consider staying in this B&B next time I come!

The hotel is self-service check-in, which is quite convenient. There is just a key box without a password at the door of the room. I searched for a long time and asked the customer service before I found the key. There was no waiter during the stay. The hotel is very close to Daikokucho Station and a little distance from Shin-Imamiya. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku and Nihonbashi.
