Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.

Really incredible. Highest quality, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection was incredible. The city view from our room and from the lobby is worth the fee in itself.

The bedding is very comfortable. The service is very good, from check-in to check-out, the service is always online. The sky lobby can see the Osaka skyline, which is very good.

I saw some negative reviews and thought it was noisy (there are several main roads downstairs) But it wasn't noisy at all and I slept until 8 o'clock the next day The bedding was very good and the mattress was just the right firmness and very comfortable It allowed me to have a deep sleep. Thank you very much

The hotel is conveniently located, right on the subway station, 2 subway stops from Osaka Station. Surrounded by elevated highways and major roads, it is very noisy at night, not friendly to guests with high sleep requirements, and not quiet at night. The room is large, a bit wasteful, has a sense of design, and is dark overall. I personally don't like this style very much, it seems a bit cheap. The room cleaning was very polite and professional, and the room was cleaned promptly at the agreed time. The attitude of the switchboard was average. Breakfast ends at 10:30. For guests who come in to dine after 10 o'clock, the waiter in the restaurant looks slightly unhappy and not too enthusiastic. Dining is only available to guests until 11 o'clock. By 10:30, there was a feeling of wanting guests to leave early. The executive lounge provides free afternoon tea, and the desserts are delicious. The night view in the hotel lobby is beautiful. The curved glass exterior wall looks beautiful. The bar show in the evening is good and the cocktails are average. The service in the lobby bar is average. The concierge on the first floor is generally good. Checkout at the lobby front desk was smooth. When we checked in, there were many people. We were taken to the executive floor to check in. The service was very good. The introduction is very clear. The breakfast was good, the desserts and breads were good. The gym has a lot of facilities and the exercise is pretty good.

The room is quite satisfactory, but the price increased too much during the May Day holiday
