Location is good. Opp is Lawson. Near exit station. Hotel lobby has coffee machine. Ice machine and washing machine on level 8. Room size is big. Love the shower head. 2 pillows per pax.

This hotel is in a great location and so easy to get to the subway. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very clean and I would highly recommend if staying in Osaka

Deserves all praise. Excellent hotel room. I think we had a biggest bed in a hotel ever.

Hotel is in a good, central location. Very nice and new room, which was also big for Japan standards. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Would highly recommend when travelling to Osaka

Great service! The only thing is the hotel staff not very well versed in English. Nonetheless I enjoyed the stay! Location was not bad. It’s near the train station and there is 7 eleven and Lawson nearby. The rooms were very nice and clean. Will consider staying here again.

No complaints about this hotel. It's relatively new, steps away from subway and quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I like that the sink is outside the bathroom so I could still do my stuff when the toilet is occupied.
The staff were super warm and friendly too, and gave some free skincare sets and souvenirs. Wasn't anything expensive but we really appreciate their thoughts to try make our trip more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Location just next to the Metro! Some stores like Lawson and 7/11 next to the hotel and the breakfast was really delicious! Thank you!!!

Very comfortable bed and pillow. Awesome rain shower and room is equipped with smart TV. Loved the shampoo and soap.

It is a very nice hotel, the staff if good. It is near the higobashi station. Also, there is a free coffee, tea, ice vending machine, with a smoking area. There are convinience stores nearby. Nice experience.

Clean, new hotel. Everything you need is there, they give you samples of good skincare products. In the bathroom, the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are not the worst. On the eighth floor there is a microwave, a vending machine with drinks, two washing machines - both washing and drying at once. The most expensive plan costs 600 yen, only accepts 100 yen coins, keep in mind.
The location is quite convenient, but a little out of the way from all the party streets - it’s ~20 minutes walk to Umeda, but I don’t consider this a minus, it’s a shame not to take a walk. Overall the impression is good, the rooms are small, but not the smallest you can find in Japan. I recommend!
