*屬於Dormy inn集團的酒店，酒店距離地鐵站不遠，北濱站21號出口，行大概2分鐘便到達酒店。酒店附近完全沒有逛街的地方，就因為這樣，所以環境恬靜。從地鐵站上地面全程是樓梯，要搬行李上去。
*酒店外面近河邊，河邊附近有數間餐廳，可以看着河景吃一餐chill一下都很舒服。
*早餐也不錯，有數款天婦羅，又有魚生丼飯，有白飯及醋飯可供選擇。
*前台一名女服務員態度非常一般，check-in時我用英文跟他打招呼，她在零笑容的情況之下跟我說了一堆日文介紹酒店，我非常不解的看着她跟她說sorry I don‘t understand，她才用英文跟我對答，實在難以理解。。。
*房間內的座廁廁板有乾涸了的尿漬，地上亦有數點尿漬，感覺清潔力度非常不足。。。
*房間內沒有提供睡拖鞋，只提供一對襪，全間酒店內也不能穿着鞋子走動。由於已經見到洗手間有尿漬，而房內沒有睡拖鞋，感覺就更加不舒服。。。
*枕頭非常扁平，扁到睡在枕頭上面，都感覺不到有枕頭，所以全晚失眠。。。
*2樓有兩張免費按摩椅，但由於太多人使用，按摩椅的外皮已經磨蝕，所以裏面轉動的按摩零件令到按摩時非常痛。。。
*女大浴池洗澡的地方只有六個，我晚上九點去洗澡，應該是屬於繁忙時間，所以需要赤裸身體排隊。
*晚上21:30-23:00有免費宵夜拉麵提供，日本住客去領取拉麵，職員笑容可加，但外地遊客領取拉麵，就一言不發，感覺不舒服。。。

A very good experience. There are two subway stations nearby, and it's only two stops to Shinsaibashi. There are free ice cream and probiotics after taking a hot spring bath. There is free ramen in the evening (the taste is great). The children also like it very much. I will choose to stay next time!

這次是第一次來到淀屋橋的野乃分店，淀屋橋需然沒市區這麼方便，不過酒店樓下有一間大型便利店真的很方便，整體設施跟其他連鎖店差不多，是一間很好的酒店！

酒店位置挺方便的，附近有大阪地鐵兩條線和京阪電車站，衹要走對出口，確實一兩分鐘就到了，出口不對就得走6-8分鐘。
住兩天接觸的服務人員都禮貌周到，尤其值得稱讚的是英語水平很不錯，交流順暢。
温泉很舒服，設施完備，體現了日式温泉酒店的傳統。
夜間的免費拉麪出乎意料地好吃。
有免費洗衣機和投幣乾衣機，價格實惠。
總體來説非常滿意，推薦！

地理位係優良，去附近的購物點梅田和心齋橋也非常便利，樓下就有24小時lowson 。酒店服好親切，雖然沒有房間打掃服務但會每天補及新的毛巾，就是公務員溫泉比較細，晚上人比較多的時間需要排隊使用淋浴和吹風機。
