Location is very good just few min walk to dotonbori, but the room really small 😅 quite hard to move around

Room was clean and check in was seamless. Location was good as it was walking distance to Namba Walk which can access Namba stations incl metros. It was also nearby Dotonburi which makes it very convenient to food and shopping.

Good area, clean, nice service,

Very good location near subway, combini shops and away from the busy Dontoburi but within reach easily. Room is small but of decent size for 2 persons. There is a high step to the toilet but they provided a stepping stools which is thoughtful. Hotel is fully self-service for check-in and check-out hence no need to wait and queue to check-in/check-out. But there are staffs in the reception for assistant should you require any help. Daily change of towel and water provided which is good as I didn't request for room cleaning during my few nights stay. Overall good experience and will definitely consider coming back to stay again.

Truly was an amazing stay - we were so comfortable for all 10 days. The location is excellent - very central and near the popular metro lines. Walking distance (even a 15min walk really doesn't feel like much in Japan since there's so much to see!) to a lot of tourist spots and supper places! Absolutely will recommend this place and especially the Twin Room if you would like a bit more space for large luggage!

The hotel does not have a front desk, and it is completely a matter of luck to find a service staff. The room is very, very small, there are hair and other small particles on the bed, it looks unhygienic, I really don't recommend it to everyone

Spend two days in Osaka. Good location walking distance to dontobori. Nearby have. Very nice ramen shop The wall can be a bit thin as we can heard the music from nearby night club

This was our second visit to Osaka and also second stay at this hotel. It's perfect for us even if every time we stepped into the room at first, it feels tiny as most hotel rooms in Japan are. Somehow, after we've settled in everything works for us. We especially enjoy the in-house onsen where our muscles can relax after walking all day long.

If you have heavy luggages, use the lift or escalator at Exit24. Comfortable beds. Toilet and bathroom are separate. No sink inside toilet to wash hands after using toilet. Kettle & cups were under the bathroom sink.15th floor has a nice Japanese bath (indoor & outdoor) and some lounge with vending machine.

clean room, convenient

The location is very convenient. 2 min walking distance from Namba Station Exit 25. The staff are helpful and room is clean. After you put "Do not Disturb", the staff will still put clean towel and water outside the room. Totally did not expect this from the hotel. Really appreciate it.
