No reception desk. You speak to someone on an intercom for assistance. I didn’t like this style. Prefer in person communication.

Amazing location, nice sized traditional Japanese room the only thing missing would be a lift if you’re carrying large suitcases to the 4th or 5th floor… shared bathroom and toilet were clean. Room was relatively clean but still could find hair everywhere!
