The concierge staff is good at translating and very friendly when I arrived at the hotel in my first day. Though the hotel is a bit far from the metro station, the friendly service of the greeting staff compensates that. The nearest station is Daikokucho station, which need a 5-minute walk to reach the hotel.

Children free to stay but won’t provide pillow, if u need pillow you need to pay. Well it didn’t mention before I booked my room. But staffs are nice location is good. Clean. Walking distance to attractions. Worth to stay👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Good size room, bigger than many hotels in Japan.. There are 3 of us, and we still have decent walking space with our luggage open. Hotel is a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk, especially on rainy days. No point taking train as it's about same walking time from train stations. It will be nice if hotel can provide bottled water. Room is clean and nice.

Decent hotel, 10-15mins walk to Namba station. Rooms are good.

The room was nice and bigger than expected. Moreover, Clean toilet and bathroom. The location also was very convenient in traveling to namba or umeda.

Very good location. 15mins walk to either Nipponbashi or Namba Station. Very convenient. Lots of coin laundry around.

Spacious room with decent size of bed, but location is quite far from Namba city centre.

We arrived earlier than the check in time, and are able to drop off the luggages at the reception and come back later for check in for free. The staff can speak multiple languages, (Japanese, English, Chinese,etc) able to communicate without any problem. Room is very clean and cleaning service is provided each day. Location is close to Nanba. Very convenient. Close to a metro station as well, easy to locate. Would recommend.

Ok location Walk couple blocks for laundry. Staff is not great at speaking English Room was small even for their biggest size. Bathroom was teeny tiny.

Location is bit far from Shinsaibashi station, which the is one of the main shopping areas, also most of the popular restaurants are located in Shinsaibashi station. It takes almost 18mins walk from the station to the hotel, which is quite far for me. The room is neat and new, clean and sufficient space for me and my friends, not bad experience, just the location limitation.

Pretty amazing for the price that I paid. Calm neighborhood but not too far from Namba/Dotonbori. The room was also larger than others in this price range.

Around 15/20ish min walk to Namba. Otherwise the area is quiet. Clean and large rooms which is great for Japan.
