Hotel located right above the Takashimaya mall and train station. The hotel is very accessible to shopping area and train service. Definitely is good place to stay with family. Check in staff can communicate in English easily.

Fantastic location, very convenient to reach from Namba station. Close to dotonburi but also quiet. Room was great, breakfast was ok.

So happy with the locations and the room that we got. The size of the bed was so good, space enough for us 2 adults and 2 kids. I would definetely book this hotel again next time

Staff at concierge speak good English, also very kind and patient when asked about the train/subway direction. Housekeeping is up to standard, room is ok and location is perfect!

Nearby Namba station, easily access to dontonburi, Kuromon Ichiba Market.

Superb location near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashisuji.. Proximity to train lines also make travelling around Osaka a breeze.. Teppanyaki Minami within swissotel is also highly recommended, especially for Accor Plus members. Swiss Advantage room feels of old luxury and still still comfortable. Concierge was very helpful with my questions, and also assisted us to use luggage delivery for the first time.

Location is superb, direct train from airport to the nankai namba station. Hotel is located right above the station and walking distance to many places of interest like dontonburi, Kuromon market.

Highly recommended hotel to stay when you are in Osaka! The staff are very friendly, especially thanks to Mr. Pervan who assisted us on several occassions. The gym facility is good, clean and free for us. The breakfast is good with wide selection. Its location is superb, just directly below Namba station. Its surrounded and within walking distance to famous shopping areas in Osaka.

Fantastic location just above Namba station n connected to train station. Very prompt check in and staff is very helpful n professional. My request to send luggage from Osaka to Tokyo is done properly even though I only reach Tokyo like 10 days later. The concierge is extremely helpful n gave a lot of information. Special thanks to Fran, a young European lady staff who assisted us. I will always stay here in Osaka. The park behind hotel is also beautiful at night.

Located right above Nankai station. Lift brings you to the lobby on the 6th floor. So if you’re coming from KIX, all you need to do after getting off the train is take a lift 3 floors up. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Great views. Spacious and clean rooms. Only bad thing is their parking fees. 3300 Yen for a night (8 hours) felt like a rip off. Pls provide complementary parking or heavily discounted parking for your guests for a better stay experience. We were only charged 1000 Yen for 24hrs when we parked in a 5 star hotel in Tokyo.

The staff was very helpful and d courteous and friendly and efficient. Location is perfect. So convenient to shopping and trains etc.
