Yes, but there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. Carrying suitcases is really painful. There is a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping. There is also a convenience store, and it is not far from the station.

It only takes ten minutes to walk south from the Mori-nomiya train/subway station. Traveling is very convenient. Osaka Castle Park is nearby. The appearance of the hotel is quite new. There are several sets of tables and chairs in a large area opposite the front desk on the first floor, which makes it feel comfortable. Although the room is not big, it has enough space. It is clean and tidy. Although it is small, it is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, small refrigerator, hair dryer, hot water bottle and tea. There is a self-service washing machine on the first floor and a convenience store is next door. .
Nice little hotel👍👍

I stayed at an APA hotel the day before, and this hotel the next day.
The location is right next to Tanimachi 4-chome Station Exit 4, so it was easy to find.
The next morning, I was able to get a one-coin breakfast within walking distance, so I felt that there were plenty of restaurants. (There are 5-6 cafes, and some chain restaurants.)
I left my luggage at the front desk, and when I tried to check in at night, I was told that my luggage had already been brought to my room, which was a nice touch. The front desk is also clean.
However, the room was quite different from the photos on this site (Trip.com), and it felt quite old. The key was not a card type, but an old-fashioned ”key.”
There were not many outlets, so it was quite difficult for two people to charge their smartphones and SLR cameras, use the hair dryer, and use the kettle. I also felt that it would be nice if they had amenities such as lotion and milk.
There was a robe (pajamas) in the room, but it was in a place where you couldn't find it unless you looked for it, so I thought it would have been more considerate if they had placed it on the bed.
Also, when I knocked over a chair in the room,
I noticed that the side of the chair was covered in dust...
My hands got covered in dust when I tried to stand up the chair that had fallen over...
It's good that there is an ice machine, but it would be more helpful if they had one on each floor, like the nearby Hotel Lutheran.
If that's not possible, I think it would be nice if they at least provided mineral water bottles or a water server.
(The hotel I stayed at the night before served welcome drinks until 5am and had all-you-can-drink tea, so it was very helpful for refilling my water bottle after taking a bath or right after waking up.)
It would have been more helpful if the hanger rack was made into a hook type so that I could hang not only hangers but also hats.
It was inconvenient because I couldn't hang hats or backpacks, and it was a little inconvenient because it was right at the entrance...
Very Good

Hotel repeater. I forgot about Christmas ⛄️🎄✨, so I booked a room on the south side for the first time in a long time. Short stay for two days and one night from December 25, 2022. Thanks to Chinese tourists who brought home others' things, there are only the minimum items necessary. The next day, I had a mysterious experience just before I woke up. A man wearing an eboshi that gently hides me says, ”Don't open your eyes yet. You will be taken away.” After awakening, I gradually woke up at 8 30 minutes. Breakfast was ordered at 9 30 minutes, but I was able to get it as usual. It was a treat. Thank you for the university potatoes lined up on the table 😚

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return. Thanks so much Richmond!

The entire experience is petrified. I have never ever had so horrible experience in my entire life due to the foreign staff who is not Asian nor Japanese. The foreign staff is a guy with the cap on. As a tourist I forget to take off my shoes when I came to the hostel that made sense. Also it was the only and first time I made the mistake. He then shouted at me and pissed off by saying please Obey OUR Rule whilst other Japanese staff just said Oh she forgets only instead of shouting and being so rude. The Japanese understand I did not do it on purpose or have any intention of breaking their rule. The foreign staff looks so bossy as this is his hostel and he is the boss. He speaks fluent Japanese. I seriously don't understand why the hostel hire this rude person. Come on I know you want to make it international. He might brought his very rude culture from the middle east. The white people or Asian will not behave like this. I am not asking for a five star hotel service but at the very least treat your guest with respect. Obey is a strong word and I know he is not an English speaker but he is unbelievably rude. In the hospitality industry even though it is a hostel it needs service basic service and at the very least being polite. As if I owed him a lot come on I am a guest. Another staff like the Japanese girl and the owner Japanese guy are nice especially the girl called naka and she was very sweet to ask where would I go and giving suggestion. Apart from that the TV is amazing coz you turn up loud it's the same as silence Like other review said it is very noisy especially on Friday night. Staring from 4:30 in the morning someone was brushing teeth and locked and opened their door. It happened on every hour. I did not get a good night of sleep. I cannot wait to get out of this hell as I worried to make other mistake or forget something like take off the shoes and get shouted by the big boss from middle East. I will not come due to this guy. Taking to the local mere y who sold the skewer about the Japan is getting international. The old say is Japanese refused the immigration. There are not much white people only up to 2. But tons of the Middle East people who worked in restaurant hostel supermarkets or clothes shop. They are rude like the male Middle East staff in the hostel. The local said he welcome tourists not immigrant Japanese culture emphasis on politeness and repect. This rude staff ruined my trip and my good impression about Japan. Ask me to obey okay I will not be back to your hostel. And even in China have much better service then you. I will not come to Japan and spendinf money for such disgraceful treatment . Thank you Middle East staff you just ruined my trip in Japan. This is utterly unpleasant.

GGuest UserWe got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.
MMelciaVery convenient as it is near the Osaka station and umeda station. There are plenty of malls nearby too. Ichiran ramen is just 5 mins away too!
There are amenities at the 1st floor which provided facial cream, toner and cleansing oil as well.
They only provide 2 bottles of water a day.
GGuest UserPerfect Location, close to Umeda Eki/Osaka Station. A great place if you enjoy shopping.
But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good.
Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.
AAshleeeeeIt’s the best location ever! We spent two nights there since we bought 1.5 days’ tickets of USJ. The hotel is exactly located at the front of USJ, it’s very convenient for us to queue in the early morning and rest immediately when we left USJ at 10pm! We don’t have to worry about the time and the transportation!
Although we left USJ late, we can still get some snacks and drinks in the convenient stores nearby! It’s happy to stay at this hotel!
Ccskphc2004The hotel is located close to the Exit 5 of the Green and Brown Lines of Osaka Metro. However, prepare a strong heart because when you arrive to the exit you will have to climb 4 floors of stairs to reach the hotel every time. The other exit with lift is further away. The hotel itself I will only classify as a modernised INN rather than a stared hotel, not as per its name stated. The cleaning services are not up to the standards you would expect for normal hotels in Japan.
The breakfast itself is another downside if you live here more than four nights, because you would only have four choices everyday every time you go down. The chef made good food but, having stayed here for 9 nights you will get sick and tired of the breakfast pretty soon. Rather, I would recommend just go to local Japanese supermarkets to shop for breakfast and bento for the next day.
เเขี้ยวกุดThe breakfast room is clean and delicious meal
New hotel the lobby is on the second floor
Besides the yodobauashi subway station the lift exit is opposite the hotel and the inter junction with nipponbashi stations around 5 minute,
The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonald’s, Eion mart open 24 hour
It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street
HHalsansanI stayed at this hotel because Aikata participated in the Osaka marathon. There is a deep shop around the hotel that can eat cheap and delicious things. If you use the hotel, you can enter and exit the hotel after checking in. The hotel has a different entrance and exit from the facility user, but you have to take off your shoes. Take your shoes to geta box and store them and walk barefoot in the hotel. Is the room simple and business hotel? However, the bed comfort was the best. There was also UB, but there was a large hot spring facility, so I didn't use the bus in the room. I was booked for one night, but this city was too fun to stay for another night. I negotiated and luckily I had a vacancy, so I ended up staying overnight.
TTuck ChuenFantastic location provides easy access to dinning, shopping and entertainment. The service provided by the staffs is top notch. Room are clean and bed is really comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Great hotel to stay!
JJeryl STo be honest, holiday inn has been quite disappointing these few years.
This was my least favourite hotel amongst the ones I’ve stayed at in Japan.
Service was good and they allowed us to check in earlier as the rooms were ready.
But the rooms were really a tight squeeze, charging points were not in very accessible locations, lights were super dark and bad for getting ready, water kept getting clogged in the bathtub coz the flow was so slow….
But the good thing is that it’s in a very good location as many places were within walking distance. Though this can be a bad point as well if you’re staying on the lower floors as it can get quite noisy if you’re facing the streets.
Which is what happened for my other room.
HHktphongThe hotel as a whole needs to be clean as well, because you live on a higher floor and have a good view. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is also convenient to go to Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. There is also a railway station nearby.
