I enjoyed being able to walk to Kuromon Market and indulge in the local street food. It was a food lover's paradise! This time I my family trip to see BKPP Fanmeeting 2023 in OSAKA. So I do find the hotel that easy to commute. Ibis is the one I chose, so great, so comfy, next I sure I choose again. Thank you :)

Amazing stay! From the hotel location, staff and room, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. While it was located near busy Doutonbori, it was tucked away in a quiet but still convenient and accessible location. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk also provides all the necessary items you need to make your stay comfortable such as a good variety of tea, body sponges, shaving needs etc. Hotel also offers around the clock free beverages. The room itself was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. There really wasn't any major downfalls aside from maybe an early check out time that i'm not used to, 10am but I still highly recommend!

The hotel is located in the center of Namba. You can reach the hotel in less than 10 minutes' walk from Nankai Tram Station. The surrounding area is very lively with many commercial services such as restaurants, drugstores, and department stores. It is a 5-minute walk from Kuromon Market, and you can walk to the heart of the city. About 15 minutes from Saibashi. There are Chinese service staff at the front desk of the hotel. The check-in procedures are very convenient. There is free coffee supply in the hotel lobby. There are many ********* guests staying. The single room is as small as ever. Although the majong is small, it is fully equipped, but it is not available during consecutive stays. The room is cleaned every day. After I stayed for three nights, the room was cleaned only after I checked out. The breakfast is a Western-style breakfast with a rich variety. There are many people but the waiter arranged it in an orderly manner. In short, this is a very cost-effective hotel and is recommended. .

Hotel clean rooms in the centre and with a great special attention to the public , breakfast with surprises always something different from try very complete , varied and other surprises . The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

The most I like about this hotel is location. It’s located very close to Dontomburi & high-street shopping area. By the way, the design of the whole floor and even the room quite dark & dim. You will see the dusk on furniture very easily. It was more about design to be chic hotel I would say but if you travel with elderly it was too dark and not so properly. We also found a piece of tissue in the room. On the first day that we have breakfast we went down before breakfast section close 30 minutes, and they informed us already which is understandable, and we absolutely respect the time. While we mostly finish our breakfast, the most senior staff came to our table with not so nice gesture to rush us to finish. He told is “5 minutes” but he told the table of 3 ladies next to us “10 minutes” and giggling. That’s already ruin my morning mood. For me this very rude and unacceptable as I am also working in luxury & lifestyle hospitality industry as well. I select Mercure in Osaka because of the brand. This is my first time with Accor property in Japan, and it makes me very doubt in their service quality. However, other staff I met at the collider and front office very pleasant and helpful, especially Mr.Kim who help us on check in. Overall experience for me is OK, but I expected to see well-trained staff when they approach the customer. This kind of things will make the service another level. Comparing to Kyoto hotel I stay few nights their in a local brand but the service was very warm welcome and homies.

Overall quite ok to stay here. But the bath towel has some smell although they changed towel daily. Check in and check out by using robot is easier and faster. If your charger is on your bed or perfume on the bed frame there, they will not help you clean and tidy the bed, they said is their hotel policy.

Our stay at Monterey Hotel Grasmere Osaka was fantastic. The rooms were spacious enough for two and exceptionally clean. The hotel's proximity to Namba Station, just a three-minute walk away, made exploring Osaka effortless. With attractions like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori within walking distance, our experience was perfect overall.

This time ２ I used it in a plan without cleaning the night. As a location, it is very good because it is close to the station and convenience stores are nearby. First of all, the room was larger than I thought. Also, despite the Hanshin Expressway being close, it was quiet and concentrated on work. Also, the cleaning was good and we were able to use it comfortably. Happy hour of 18:00 〜 20:00, free breakfast, were good. This time, I used it at a very cheap price that seems to be limited only now, and it was a very satisfying stay. It is recommended that telework is recommended in a new life style, and it seems that it may become tired of telework at home, but I want to use it again at that time I would like to implement a support plan of 々 like that. As it's located away from the touristy areas, it's relatively cheaper, quieter, and compared to Tokyo hotels I have booked, roomier. The staff are excellent--they speak or at least understand English, and are efficient and warm. Basic breakfast is included-- the boiled egg is my favorite, and brewed coffee is available 24 hours .
