NO Stars. Very dirty, old, smelly. Rugs and furniture worn and dirty. Rugs were thread bare, most of electrical outlets did not work, including window air conditioner, swimming pool looked like it had mold and finally Bed Bugs. DO not recommend at all

We went too late in the year- the dining room was closed for the season- darn! It closed in the middle of Sept. apparently. So there were limited options to eat & drink ( candy, chips, buns, coffee, water, beer) & we weren’t prepared for that. The room was nice, a private small deck, comfortable bed. Small Issue of the sheets not fitting the mattress well, slipping off the corners. Also no internet available except in the clubhouse. Good coffee pot, refrigerator, tv, towels, shower, quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff! We’ll definitely go again!

The pictures that are posted. False advertising. 1st room the bed skirt had never been cleaned. Dead bugs and hair. Turned the air conditioner on smelled like mold. Asked for a different room.. wasn't much better. Every time you walked on what you call a floor shoes were sticking. Went to the front desk and asked for our money. The kid said he would get housekeeping to the room. It's beyond housekeeping. We did get our money back. Lady and her 2 daughters were right behind us checking out also. They were checking in when we did. ******* I personally would not advertise for this hotel

As we had stayed here a few years ago. We were quite excited. OMG what a shock! "Cash Cow" was the phrase my husband stated. the First room Bathtub unclean and the door had no lock plate. The Desk girl was young but at checking in I had prepaid, and she wanted to charge me again. Moved to a 2nd room. We had trouble with the door getting in and it was difficult to open to leave. Thank God no fires. The Pool and hot tub area had a fire escape door to the beach it was padlocked shut. the spa jets and sauna locked. Breakfast was a joke stale bread no Juice The only thing good was the waffles. Our Tub had a hole in it. The AC filter was unclean had holes we could nor enjoy Pure Michigan. Finally, the local we met told us it was a half-way house for Prisoners

No way to contact facility, was put in room where TV did not work and had no replacement, lost my money because I couldn't stay 4 days w/o TV, no alarm clock, Jason knew my TV didn't work before he put me in there, no handicapped bars at toilet and no walkin shower, but the tub had bars, would not refund my 4 days purchased on credit

The first room the chain on the door was broke. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The outlets what there was of them did not work. The second room smelled, the dead bolt on the door would not release once we got it opened it would not retract. However, the staff was very nice and helpful.
