Otelin altındaki kayak kiralama yeri selim hocanın yeri otel müşterisine daha düşük kiralama yapması gerekirken daha yüksek kiralama yaptı otele söylediğimde ilgilendiler fakat kiralama yeri bize sıfır kayak kiraladık gibi şeyler söylemişler buda doğru değildi,odalar hergün bırakılması gereken havlu ,tuvalet kağıdı,su gibi malzemeler biz istemeden gelmedi en son otoparkdan 2 saat kadar önümüze parkeden bi araba yüzünden çıkamadık

Konumu olarak tercih ettik.Tesis çok eski olabilir fakat bu kadar kalitesiz bir hizmetin açıklaması olmaz.Otel misafirlerine rica ederek otel ile ilgili güzel yorum yazmalarını istiyorlar. Saat 10 da kulağımızın dibinde süpürge makinesi ile lobi süpürülüyor. Yemekler gerçekten çok kötü. Personeller kendi arasında bağırarak Kürtçe konuşuyor. Çok rahatsız edici.
