Great location at the heart of the city and tourists attractions are pretty close together. Convenient usage for the car park keeps you trouble free.

The hotel is clean and tidy. There are convenience 24 hrs shops to buy food and drinks.
It is close to JR station and canal for viewing and tour.

About 5-10 minutes to JR station & about 5-10 minutes to Otaru Canal. Located between both of them. It’s abit distance if you’re bringing ur luggage along

Fine location to tourist spots and it provides parking space. The hotel is old but is clean and has good service.

It's centrally located, within 10 mins walk to train station/wet market, canal and tourist walking street, plus quite some eateries around.
Hotel is presentable and staff are professional and helpful. Room we had is spacious, clean and well maintained. We decided not to have breakfast in the hotel as it's rather pricey, and hotels in the area are also similar in pricing for whatever reason.

Everything is good !! There are many restaurants around hotel and also Shopping area close to hotel. It's only 5 minutes walk from JR Otaru Station.

1. Around 3-5 min from JR can reach hotel
2. But walk to the River take around 10 -15min
3. Hotel Room is fit enough for 2 Adult and 2 Kids
