The room was pretty good, and it was comfortable to sleep in the Japanese-style room. However, the soundproofing of the old house was not very good, so I could hear the phone call next door clearly. Most of the time, there is no management staff, and the facilities are relatively complete. It is basically self-service. If you have any questions, you can communicate by phone. If you don't speak Japanese, English communication is a bit confusing.
