お部屋は大変綺麗でした。ツアーでしたので選べませんでしたが、新しい建物のほうで全てが新築で綺麗でした。でも歴史的建造物をリノベしたレストランがある方のお部屋も気になりましたが。窓の外の景観が全くなく、ダメ元でフロントに掛け合いましたがツアー客は変更できません、と言われ。。omo那覇さんはツアー客でもチェンジしてくれましたけどね。綺麗なお部屋なんですが、使い勝手が今ひとつでした。冷蔵庫が遠い。テーブルの近くにあって欲しかったです。あと、トイレ、洗面台、シャワー室は広々しているのですがあの広さがあればバスタブを作れたのではないでしょうか。omoシリーズは若い人向けだからバスタブは必要ない、とかでしょうか。お隣の歴史的建造物と中で繋がり、レストランへも行けます。そのレストランですが、予約制でディナーがあり朝食もそちらで食べます。朝食は豪華でした。かなり工夫されていてバラエティに富み美味しかったです。でも、トマムのニニヌプリの方が美味しかったですね。冷たいお惣菜がどれも今ひとつでした。それと高級感出し過ぎ。。ちょっと疲れます。ツアーに組み込まれていたので幾らだかわかりませんが、そんなに高価な朝食なのでしょうか？トマムと比べてomoシリーズには中国人がほとんどいないので少しホッとしますが。目の前にコンビニあり、小樽中心地にあり観光にも便利です。朝食はなくてもいいので、お安く泊まれたらまた行きたいですね。

Fantastic location overlooking the canals in Otaru. Best thing about the hotel was having a separate bathroom and a separate toilet… Especially useful when travelling with families! Gorgeous stained glass window and you can see the amazing sunset from the top floor as well  Reception was large and the front desk folk were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend this hotel  

I almost always take care of Mr. Ocent when I go to Otaru. I usually book a twin room, but this time I used travel support, so I rushed to make it a deluxe twin. It was nice and awesome, but it's a little disappointing that a new hotel was built nearby and the view on the sea side was blocked. The staff at the front desk and lounge were also very polite. The cleaning staff passing each other through the corridor 々 and greetings are very pleasant (the same every time I stay) It is convenient to go anywhere for meals and sightseeing. You can go through the arcade to Otaru Station, so it's very helpful when the weather is bad. The food in the hotel is very delicious and it's a really recommended hotel.

Always appreciate the conviniences this hotel provides.Directly oppodite Otaru Train station.Hotel sta£s are professionally courteous and very friendly to guests needs. The location to Good eateries and local mall places and also Taxi, Chuo Buses to tourists spot are all walking distances by 200 metres from the hotel. So fo check it out when you plan your trip to Otaru.

Room was decent as we didnt expect much. Glad we was assigned a room next to each other as a family. Disappointed as there was no ice maker which is common for japanese hotel. Very limited parking if you return late. The sound proof is quite bad, cannhear the foot steps.

Nice hotel but a bit old and not updated, connected with shopping mall but the mall cannot be used before 10AM, so you will have to walk outside if you have a 9AM train, and expose to weather. Very nice view of the harbor and large rooms. Good service from quality staff. Breakfast is OK and no surprise.

It's a very enjoyable accommodation experience. The president is a really nice person and the whole space is clean. Small but reasonable area. If you are traveling alone, it is recommended if you have a limited budget. Very pleasant stay experience, the boss is really very good, and the whole space is very clean, although not big, but the partition is reasonable. I stayed in Oceanfront Royal Suite Room 805. The circular floor on the top floor, the view of the coast and quay from the living room were wonderfully impressed like a painting. The building that rises on the coast seemed old, but the room was cleanly maintained and comfortable to stay. The view from the living room and bathroom was wonderful and seemed worth staying just to enjoy this view. The furnishings were antique and it was good to match the atmosphere of the resort. The big bathroom is not a hot spring, but it was always good to enter at any time with hot water. I opened the bathroom window and enjoyed the magnificent view of the Sea of Japan while listening to the sound of the waves of the Sea of Japan. It was good that there were enough towels. For dinner, I had a special suite course ”Presil” at the restaurant. There were many items and volumes, so I was able to enjoy it deliciously. The wine was also cheap and good. I was able to get it with a chopsticks, and the female staff were friendly and I had a fun dinner. I asked for white asparagus dishes for additional dishes, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was also served at the restaurant with ”creative breakfast”. While enjoying the scenery, I enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at my seat. It was good to be able to get sparkling for free from the morning. As an aside, the unique hairstyle of the male staff was good. I was very satisfied this time. I would like to stay if I had another chance.

Let’s start with the Service staff. Customer facing warm attentive accommodating responsive smiling. Choose any positive word and it will be here in this wonderful onsen resort family managed with the son at the front to welcome you. Shiro San. Mother and owner father are both very active in the daily management Lobby evening cocktail hour is pleasant and relaxing. Sink into the warm ambiance of the lobby coffee beer area with eye catching decor n warm service. Cookies nuts beer coffee n wine are served here. Breakfast n dinner are a delight n foodie experience especially in room and whether in the different dinning areas western or Japanese. Such a delightful experience to have both like we did. Food n beverage is excellent and we totally enjoyed our 2nd and 3rd nights dinner in room. Onto the onsen now. There are 2 public onsen areas and I tried both. I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

I have stayed once before at Kanpo no Yado. I stayed for the first time after the renewal with Asarigawa Onsen Hotel. The tatami mats and walls were nice in the room. The washing area of the large public bath is divided into two places, but there are not many seats, about 10. The hot water was warm and the temperature was good. The jacuzzi was narrow with about 3 people taking a bath, and the temperature was a little low. An open-air bath would be nice. Both dinner and breakfast were good with delicious food that is friendly to the elderly.
