Central location near Parliament. Area around the hotel to the east is rough with local shelters located nearby, but close to Byward Market and Rideau Center for things to do. Standard room amenities and responsive service.

Great hotel. I stayed here with my wife. We really liked the bed. Was very spacious. Room was clean and modern. Really nice blow dryer for my hair and nice modern iron. Television channels were a bit fuzzy. The hotel is sustainable so they don’t give bottled water. They recommend tap water. But I went to the gym for water. Washroom is clean. I like how there’s a nespresso machine in every room. The room can be a bit dark too. Not very much light.

The room is relatively small, and two suitcases cannot be turned around. The parking lot management is poor, so it is recommended not to drive in. There are a lot of homeless people downstairs and I don’t feel safe.
