There is no better inn. I've been to inns with much higher prices that don't deliver the cordiality and attention with extreme quality like this inn. It's impressive how well the details are valued at this inn, terms that we sometimes don't realize, but make a total difference in comfort. A special thank you to J.Benicio, who is a citizen of Ouro Preto, knows a lot about history, as well as all his cordiality and attention to guests. We had a lovely weekend! The staff is extremely attentive and does everything to provide us with a pleasant and welcoming experience. It was my birthday and at breakfast I was treated to a delicious congratulations cake. I was very happy with the thoughtful gesture. There is a van service that takes us and picks us up to the main square to avoid traveling with our own car. I recommend staying at Archangel!

Amazing hotel! the decor is beautiful, extremely clean, the staff are helpful and the food is wonderful! both at breakfast and in the hotel's in-house restaurant. There is also an afternoon tea available every day, free of charge from the hotel.
