Nice property some what not too old not to new. With lift and other amenities. Lunch and dinner was good. Service is fast. Needs improvement in wifi speed and power cut is issue in pachmari

Really, it was excellent stay in the hotel. Very good location & all cooperative hotel staff and their wonderful service. Wonderful & great delicious food, i. E. Breakfast and dinner. We like very much this hotel. Special thanks to the all staff members of the hotel for their wonderful services provided to us during our stay.

Stayed for 5 days and it was overall great. At first, we had problems with hot water but it was assisted the very same day. Staff was very helpful and responsive. Totally recommended!

1. Food is amazing. 2. Super deluxe rooms are very spacious and good for stay. 3. When there are less people in the restaurant, then the table and room services are fast. We only faced delay on sun-day due to rush which is very obvious in all the crowded places. 4. The hotel has a good parking space and a garden as well so you can have food there as well and can sit and relax, there was a play area having swing for kids as well. The stay at hotel and food was very good but reason for giving one less star is just because of solar geyser, we were in a group and had two rooms, the water was hot and manageable for bathing in winter for our room but in the other it was not that hot as per expectations because in winters people generally need much more hot temperature of water for bathing.

It was well connected with market. Good place to stay and enjoy trip. Supportive hotel staff, good food quality. Needs to improve-
since this place at hill station - hot water supply needs to be available for tourist. During our stay, we found it was available in morning till 8:45 am.
