I checked in very late on Tuesday, Tuesday, Sept 20, 2022, and checked out around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 21, 2022. I stayed in Room 228, and I left a white and green ESOULK cell phone charger plugged in behind the table situated between the two (2) queen beds. Each end of the charging cord is a Type ”C.” The cord is either 6 or 10 feet in length. The wall plug has both a USB and Type C receptor. (See picture) My story : I was travelling home from SLC on September 20, 2022, and I needed to stop for the night as I was too tired to travel straight through. I booked the motel as it was the cheapest as I just needed someplace to lie my head for the night. The room was for the most part clean, and the bed was comfortable. The clerk who greeted me at check-in was nice. Unfortunately, I left my phone charger plugged in behind the nightstand that separates the two (2) queen beds. Unfortunately, it has been impossible to get through to the front desk/lost and found on the telephone. My calls just rang, rang, and rang until they disconnected, or when someone does by chance answer, I cannot hear the person. It’s like the volume is on low with no way to adjust. The motel has obvious phone issues, and I am doubtful that I will get my charger back for not being able to alert the motel. Yet, I am thinking and hoping someone from the hotel will reach out to me once I post this review, and I will get my phone charger back! Comfortable room There are fewer types of breakfast, the hotel is only 11 minutes away from Antelope Valley, very good, the hotel counter is very good, any problems will be solved

This time I got to know a new brand, Liyi. It has an accurate positioning, clean rooms, provides free breakfast, and does not require pre-authorization (pre-authorization is required when staying at Marriott). So after comparison, I decisively collected this brand and will consider it as my first choice for travel in the future.

Can meet the basic cleanliness, in addition to the location of the hotel is OK, driving is better to find, there is no food and shops nearby, not particularly convenient Hotel facilities are a bit simple

The hotel environment is average, but the location is OK, more than 10 kilometers away from Antelope Valley, 20 minutes by car! There is a BBQ opposite the hotel that tastes good! But the breakfast is not bad, the breakfast is better in the motel I have stayed in, free parking! As a transitional one night hotel is still possible!

One of the newer hotels in Page, at least based on Google maps, I booked it primarily for the indoor pool to beat the desert heat. I was a bit disappointed it was so small, especially when there was a couple acting like 7 year olds trying to playfully drown each other. The reason for my lower than excellent review for such a new hotel was the price. We booked direct because of their so-called ”Price Match Guarantee” but after we arrived we saw on a third-party site, they were offering a lower rate we called their CS about it. (Their website has a claims that only works before you book or 24 hours after you booked with them) They said they will not do a price adjustment because that is a third party. So we naturally asked, why bother booking with your site/club then? They replied ”points for future stays.” I'm sure that customer service person is like most of us with real jobs - we can't spend 2 months of the year staying at fancy hotels, at most 2 weekends, there's no way we'll ever level-up to diamond status, so their argument rings very hollow. The adjustment was not unreasonable ($200 a night for holiday vs $153). It all comes down to commissionable rates - and it was obvious Hilton wanted to keep that as profit. Back to the hotel, their breakfast did not have scrambled eggs that day, unlike some lesser chains I have stayed at. There were the usual hot breakfast offerings : French toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal. There was free coffee 24/7 which was nice. Their app seems advanced in that you can pick your own room, and get a digital key, but the interface could use some work, as the app assigned us the same room the front desk assigned us, whereas all our other choices were two beds - which we did not ask for. Their business center was down the day of, but I did not know for how long. We had an issue with upstairs, possibly kids, jumping up and down repeatedly for almost two hours, despite complaining to the front desk, they were not ameliorate this until bed time - which to me means the walls are not soundproofed.
