First, thank you my son happy with this staycation in Sapphire Sky.
Strategic location in the middle of Serpong city. Easy access.
As a hotel that is not considered new, cleanliness is quite well maintained. When entering the room the air is fresh and fragrant (meaning the room is properly cleaned).
The bathroom is relatively clean and the shower works well. Air circulation is also good, even when we arrived, we did not immediately turn on the AC but the room did not feel stuffy.
Breakfast is very diverse ranging from rice (3 types of rice), pastries, bread, porridge, various side dishes, to instant noodles. For acceptable taste, maybe it can be improved.
It would be nicer if the swimming pool could be renovated to accommodate children (now it is only the height for adults). If there is a budget, you can start replacing towels and sheets (starting to change color).
Will be back? Of course if they renovate their pool 😉.

Love its proximity to BSD Ice Exhibition Center. Around 5 mins car ride . Hotel provide free ride to the exhibition Center .

The room is OK, the breakfast is OK, you have to ask for a quiet room when you check in, otherwise it will be a bit noisy if it is close to the road. The service is very good and the price is high.
