A very pleasant experience with the hotel , Good staff with quick management gave us a very good experience . Jameel front office manager was helpful with us . Mr Idris gave us a good deal with the hotel and munib was able to guide us with our travel

We had two nights stay in hilltop hotel and had a very good time. Staff were great and very helpful. And there were a nice horse ride next to the hotel which goes towards Mini switzerland. Would definitely recommend to people come visit this wonderful hotel. A special thanks to Muneeb and the team.

A must visit and awesome stay to place. The food Is awesome, service is great and rooms are clean with a great view. Syed Jame, Jameel were making sure our stay was comfortable and helped us in every possible way. Also thanks Muneeb for the wonderful and memorable stay at Hilltop.

Had a wonderful stay room was upgraded without any extra pay and such a warm welcome by front office manager Irfan& Sayeed , very good Home service and delicious food and complimentary Bonfire 🔥 and all the booking are just nearby hotel gate , I really had a wonderful stay.

We are staying for 1 night in hilltop pahalgam stay was very good At front office uday singh and aadil team was very helpful and go smooth check in check out process and hk team good great job room clean food was good in buffet We are visiting again in winter

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. Everything is fine Property super Location a grade Cleanliness fine Food quality and taste also 10/10 Topply Recommended at pahalagm But very little to little Staff at restaurant Needed to be soft and calm We asked for jain poya Very next second 2/3 staff replied it will take time.. Then we said no issue of time . By the way poya are very easy to ready. Second Point non veg and veg items should be kept with distance So that our sentinment don't get hurt This matter I talked to management They give proper reply that We will work on that Tq
