Excellent staff and great evening meals. Our room 106 was very small for 2 people ( would not stay in the same room again ). All the positives are the friendly staff, shout out to Olga from house keeping who was exceptional. Food in the evening is great, only had breakfast once on the last day as our allocated time was 8am,which was way too early for us. Would definitely return

Hotel was in a great spot,it said parking when we booked it unfortunately the carpark was full when e arrived 🤔The room was good but be prepared for noise early because the doors on the rooms are not soundproof at all so you hear everything. Food was ok but poor quality ingredients but I do have to say the staff were lovely.

We had 207 room and 317 .207 was dirty old rusty radiator. Didn’t sleep in the bed. Got bitten all over. Put the kettle on alarms went of. Paid top money for discussing room the staff was terrible on the reception. Reported it never got back to us

The best thing about this hotel isthat it's in a quite location and 5min walk into town, Rooms need updating and not the cleanest

Pros: - good location - good value for money - complimentary breakfast - rooms cleaned daily Cons: - not enough parking and was an issue each day - room got quite hot and ventilation wasn’t great - disruptive locals late at night (car racing, general shouting)

Our first time staying at The Queens Hotel, but won't be the last. Really couldn't fault anything with our stay. Great Location, only a couple of hundred yards walk to both the beach and the main shopping area. All of the staff that we had dealing's with were polite and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The evening entertainment, began with a short game of bingo followed by a cabaret type performer each night mostly of a decent standard. We were bed and breakfast, so can't comment on the evening meals, but Breakfast was good, with a reasonable choice and excellent service. Our bedroom was a good size and kept clean and serviced daily as required. I would recommend and will be booking again in the future.

this Hotel although clean and comfortable rooms has some serious problems the biggest is the insufficient parking, especially for disabled customers when I returned to the hotel following a visit to the palace theatre there was not one place even in the street to park and was told to take my car to the sister hotel, which was quite a walk for a disabled person to make, also the lift was out of action and I was on the 3rd floor. so not happy, then the next day I was accused of having an evening meal when I had cancelled it and was not even in the hotel at the time.
