Very nice weekend stay. Comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely friendly owner and her cat, perfectly situated for the beach and all the bars, restaurants, cafes that painting offers. ,5 min walk from the station. Will be back very soon.

The best place I've stayed in, clean, cosy, quiet, everything that goes to make the perfect stay, Jo the owner , so nice , and welcoming, and her breakfast perfect, and two cats as an added bonus. The perfect stay, can't wait to return for even longer stay

A pleasant few nights, very quiet and in a good location close to the beach and town centre. The hosts were friendly and happy to mind our luggage for a few hours both before and after our stay (train strikes meant we had to travel down earlier than expected). Would definitely stay there again.

Very friendly host, nothing was too much trouble, good breakfast set you up for the day, nice rooms, warm, good shower and bathroom, bed was comfy, nice big TV good Tea and Coffee facilities ....good location to beach and town and railway station

I stayed in a single ensuite room, top floor. Very quiet , clean and comfortable. Our host served a very tasty freshly cooked full english breakfast each morning. Really looks after her guests very well, thanks.

Lovely friendly owner ,always went above and beyond, made you very welcome, very clean .felt very homely ,a good choice for breakfast, nothing was too much bother .would definitely return .ideally spot close to beach and shops .downside not very good for parking.

Really lovely small BnB, excellent breakfast. Jo is very knowledge about the local area and public transport which was very useful. Rooms, corridors and breakfast space all very clean and tidy. Couldnt fault anything
