Pak Chong Hotels with Free Breakfast

We booked an apartment with 2 rooms. We need to pay extra for 1 pax as we have 5 people in our group. The apartment was stunning and the view is chef’s kiss. Overall the hospitality is world class and they got so many things to do at the resort itself. Some are free and some u need to pay but it’s not that expensive.

Pros: service is definitely top notch and very attentive to each family and consistently asking for feedback… Housekeeping is everyday and the WhatsApp communicate is a 👍 idea especially for tourist. Food is wonderful as they are served hot and minimise wastage, coffee definitely hit the spot! No crowds at all and the place is really pretty sight with a lot of swans and fishes and bicycles to rent ( probably have some baby seats too) Places are a little far away but buggy service was available. Cons: being a tropical hotel definitely will be expecting some insects but definitely not expecting so much mosquitoes from level 1. Daughter was bitten 4 times for a 2 hours nap and at least in total 5 bites from mosquitoes for each members.. we have feedback several times to the staff and they really do something which we appreciate a lot 🙏 but honestly we hope more can be done on the maintaining the hotel given it is a 5 stars hotel We were given a private pool but it is full of bird ****s which we didn’t really expect. Since we r not using the pool and outdoor area, we didn’t feedback. In the end we didn’t use the pool and outdoor area due to the bird ****s and mosquitoes. Location is a little far away from some of the known attractions places.. which I missed out during planning Probably need to be prepared with what nature will bring us..

The room was clean, neat, and bright with a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked well throughout the night. Shower was also clean and had dispensable soap available. The check in process was fast and efficient. The location is a short walk from a Main Street and beautifully overlooks the river. The garden and cafe area is gorgeous with well maintained plants. Delicious pastries and coffee available for breakfast.

The accommodation is clean, the room is large. and has complete facilities. First day of stay Breakfast will be on the 2nd floor of the building, which can accommodate only a small number of people. And there is only a small food line. But on the 2nd day, the hotel changed to eat together with the inside zone (there is a shuttle) which has a much larger food line and allows you to sit and eat with a better view and atmosphere.

Quite a romantic places and nice view. Customer service is poor, the staff at reception barely speaks English and hard to ask something you want. Buggy service takes quite sometimes and not efficient to go around unless you rent a bike, or rent buggy or bring your own car. Very limited food choices for us.

The atmosphere is very quiet. The outside and inside of the hotel are very clean. The view is considered okay. Go during the rainy season and there will be fog to see as well. Near the hotel there is a steel river flowing through.

Staff is friendly. Smooth check in and check out. But toilet needs to clean and change. Limited tv channels. Location near night market and big c. Easy access.

The place is nice, a family-type place to stay. the owner and the staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great and coffee was really. We love the dogs and cats there very much (MouPing, Tina, MarDam, etc) The only thing we would like to suggest is if the place was cleaner :) other than that very nice stay, we enjoyed the place so much.

Very good service, beautiful place, reasonable price Going to stay at a hotel is like going to other tourist attractions as well. The church is beautiful, the gallery is beautiful. The English Garden is very beautiful.

The atmosphere is very good, cool, suitable for relaxing. There is a camping courtyard. Or if anyone does not take a tent to the accommodation, they are ready.
