Vibes were immaculate! Room is big and clean and well stocked with drinks :) Breakfast was good and has a wide variety of food to choose from. Pool was amazing too!

Very beautiful European style hotel. Great service and various kind of foods. Designed with many step, so not convenience if using baby stroller or wheelchair.

Service was awesome, super spacious room with high class equipment and design inside the room, amenities is more than what you expect from a hotel room. Food for breakfast could be improved, not many variations, it's a la carte with some small dishes you can take from buffet, but that's it. Would I come here again?within same price ? I'd rather try another resort,

some of the best place to go during holiday and really recommend if you are in khaoyai, the area is filled with activities and also places to eat. the buffet at the morning is good

Shortage of staff, waiting check in long time. Assigned wrong room but staff changed next day and made things better. If they have more staff working it would be a great stay and probably will stay more nights. Overall was nice and everyone tried hard :)

The atmosphere is very good. Lots of photo corners, beautiful, spacious rooms, good views, good service staff. But the hot water is not continuous. The hair dryer plug in the bathroom doesn't work. There are quite a lot of flies in the breakfast room.

The hotel is, of course, gorgeous. Located in the middle of the Toscana valley. Large room, comfortable pillows and mattress. The room has a bath and shower, two sinks, bathrobes and slippers, and the air conditioning works well. Varied breakfasts, delicious coffee, fresh pastries. The waiters are efficient and smiling. At the reception they always tried to help. But there is one big problem. The toilet doesn't work. Or rather, the drain works very poorly, until you wash it off you will suffer. We didn’t contact the administration with our problem, we decided that we’d somehow survive two nights And overall everything is great. We will definitely come back again.

I originally booked this hotel for the mountain view, but I didn’t arrange for the mountain view... It’s a pity.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and the outside location is very wide. There are many swimming pools, very good.

The rooms are beautiful, the common areas are full and you can't stop taking pictures all day.

Very nice hotel, beautiful views, the territory is huge, the hotel has a golf cart rental service, be sure to take it and drive around the territory and golf courses in the morning or evening, you won’t regret it, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, I recommend it
